Pros:

Beautiful old house. Communication with the owner went without problems. The room is big enough for a weekend stay. Nice starting point for hikes. Balcony is a plus and the garden is also a great addition. Easy parking.

Cons:

In March it was still cold in the room although the heating was on. It is probably because the rest of the house was without guests so it was not heated around us. When it is sunny you can comfortably sit on the shared balcony. Better plan your stay during warmer weather.
There was dust and hair from other guests that moved from under the bed once we opened the balcony door.

budynek z "duszą", kameralna atmosfera, czysto, w pokoju wszystko co niezbędne, miła obsługa

Cons:

Szum samochodów (główna ulica pod samym budynkiem) oraz uciążliwy, zwłaszcza w nocy, hałas związany z pobliską linią kolejową.

Ausgezeichnet, wenn keine kläffenden Hunde anderer Gäste mit im Haus sind!
Pros:

Absolute Ruhe, sehr schönes Haus, romantisch gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten 1A. Wir haben perfekt darin geschlafen. Die kleine Küche hatte alles was man benötigt, sogar ein Eierkocher für 3 Eier war vorhanden. Die Kaffemaschine funktioniert allerdings nur mit speziellen Taps für Bosch Tassimo, der Strichcode auf den Pads steuert das Brühprogramm der Machine. Leider war die für die Maschine gedachte Reinigungsdiscette nicht zu finden, da wir die Maschine vor der Benutzung gerne gereinigt hätten. Ablagen, Schränke und Tische gibt es ausreichend. Wir haben uns noch den kleinen Tisch vom Balkon mit in's Zimmer geholt.

Cons:

Als deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm standen nur die Standartsender vom ÖRR zur Verfügung. Nach 4 Tagen verstehe ich die Aussage: ,, Wer nur auf ZDF und ARD angewiesen ist, muß geistig zurückbleiben!''
Einige Bewertungen bemängelten Hundegekläffe von bis zu vier Hunden. Wir kamen am letzten Urlaubstag auch zu dem fraglichen Vergnügen von kläffenden Tölen im Haus, da wir bis dato alleine das schöne Haus bewohnten. Also wer sich den Urlaub in der ansonsten sehr schönen Unterkunft nicht mit dem Gekläffe von mitgebrachten Kötern anderer Gäste vermiesen lassen möchte, sollte vorher anfragen ob Gäste mit Köter zur Buchungszeit anwesend sind!
