Anita ist eine sehr herzliche und absolut tolle Gastgeberin. Sie ist total lieb und zuvorkommend. Das gleiche gilt für Ihrem Partner Dimitri. Zwei unendlich liebe Menschen. Es war sehr sauber und das Zimmer hat all meinen Ansprüchen genügt. Es ist einfach toll bei Ihr und ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Ich werde wiederkommen, das verspreche ich.😍😁👍👋

Cons:

Es ist nicht so das es mir nicht gefallen hätte, aber der Weg zum Strand ist für manche vielleicht etwas weit. Man muss halt ca. 2 KM laufen. Das dann auch puer durch Kalamata. Trotzdem, mir gefiel es. So bekam ich auch einiges von Kalamata mit. Eine schöne Stadt.

Pros:

The balcony with views. The tiredness. Owners friendly but kept a distance.. the chooks.

Cons:

No atmosphere, just felt very impersonal. The walk @ first but found a few easier ways. Dog across the road barking, started up at 6am. Obviously not Anita Hostings fault but just be aware.

It is a very nice privat b&b. I felt instant warm welcomed!

Cons:

The apartment is on the top of the hill so without a vehicle it is hard to get there by walking.

The chair on the desk was not comfortable for working

Beautiful, quiet homestay for an authentic experience among the olive trees
Pros:

Anita's hosting was the perfect base for me in Kalamata! It had everything I could ask for and more: comfortable bed, air conditioning, balcony overlooking the olive trees, fridge in the room, and very good kitchen/cooking facilities. Anita and Dimitri were beautiful hosts, too, treating me like family and making me feel very welcome. It was lovely and quiet, a perfect place for getting away from it all, but also close enough to feel connected to everything. I guess it might be a bit far from the beach or (touristy) city centre for some people, as it's up the hill away from town; but it's close to the bus station and the fabulous Saturday market, and I would take the character, authenticity and calm that it gives you over the plasticky shopping-mall vibes of Tourist Central and the beach resorts any day! Thank you so so much for providing me with a lovely home while in Kalamata, Anita and Dimitri. I hope to be back again soon! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing from the service or facilities side. It took me a day or so to get used to the location, getting up and down to the beach/city centre, but with a bike (which Anita has) it was super easy!
