Excellent stay, good quiet location with easy access to centre and friendly host.
Pros:

Excellent room, with good toilet and bathroom (shared), spacious room with desk and two comfortable beds, and the best part was the spacious balcony with an excellent view over Kalamata. Not very far from the city centre and the castle, only about 15 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is safe; the shared kitchen was great and well-stocked. Annita was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and checking in, and I am very grateful!

Basta una volta
Pros:

Anita molto gentile e premurosa. Wifi ottimo

Cons:

Ambiente troppo caldo. Bagno condiviso senza finestra e ventilazione (dopo 2 minuti era una sauna) ma per il prezzo forse non si può chiedere di più

Anita ist eine sehr herzliche und absolut tolle Gastgeberin. Sie ist total lieb und zuvorkommend. Das gleiche gilt für Ihrem Partner Dimitri. Zwei unendlich liebe Menschen. Es war sehr sauber und das Zimmer hat all meinen Ansprüchen genügt. Es ist einfach toll bei Ihr und ich kann sie nur empfehlen. Ich werde wiederkommen, das verspreche ich.😍😁👍👋

Cons:

Es ist nicht so das es mir nicht gefallen hätte, aber der Weg zum Strand ist für manche vielleicht etwas weit. Man muss halt ca. 2 KM laufen. Das dann auch puer durch Kalamata. Trotzdem, mir gefiel es. So bekam ich auch einiges von Kalamata mit. Eine schöne Stadt.
