La mejor opción en San Andrés
Pros:

Nuestra estadía en Mr. Tenloy's Place con Kira fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde antes de llegar, Kira estuvo atenta a cada detalle, nos brindó toda la información necesaria y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidas.

El lugar está en una zona excelente, a solo 2-5 minutos caminando de la bahía/malecón, con fácil acceso a buses para ir a San Luis o cualquier otra parte de la isla. La cercanía a todos los lugares importantes, la comodidad, la tranquilidad y la seguridad del lugar hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta.

La limpieza es impecable y Rosita, quien se encarga de ello, es un amor de persona. Pero sobre todo, quiero resaltar la calidez, cercanía y humanidad de Kira. Siempre estuvo disponible, nos recomendó actividades en la isla, se tomó el tiempo para conversar y realmente nos hizo sentir como en casa.

Fuimos con mi madre y quedamos tan contentas que definitivamente queremos volver a la isla y nos hospedaremos nuevamente en el mismo lugar. Realmente superó todas nuestras expectativas y no hay ninguna queja. Recomiendo Mr. Tenloy's Place y a Kira 100% sin dudarlo.

Le séjour dans cet établissement était très mauvais à cause notamment du comportement de l'hote.
Pros:

La chambre est acceptable même si la peinture n'est pas fini et les meubles un peu délabrés.

Cons:

Le séjour ne s'est pas très bien passé. L'hôte ne nous a pas fait payé par Booking, nous avons payé via un lien externe à Booking et l'hôte nous a fait payé deux fois ! Un remboursement en liquide à été effectué ultérieurement mais nous avons perdu "les frais" de la plateforme, correspondant tout de même a une somme importante ! L'hôte s'est montrée désagréable par moment. Un contact trop régulier par messages pour poser des questions inutiles... De plus, nous avons reçu des remarques montrant que nous étions surveillé aux caméras de surveillance, sur nos heures de sorties et notre présence dans le logement... Ainsi, n'oubliez pas que vous serez observez aux caméras.
Durant notre séjour, il y avait beaucoup de bruits tôt le matin suite à des travaux dont nous n'avions pas été prévenu avant notre arrivée. Il a été difficile pour nous de nous reposer durant notre séjour de vacances.
Bref, je ne vous conseille pas ce logement.

Pros:

La enfitriona nos recibió con mucha buena onda, y nos facilito una habitación con ducha interna por el frío que hizo a este momento. La habitación era cómoda y limpia, con climatización y nevera. La cocina compartida es super bien equipada, y la posada al lado de varios supermercados. ¡Recomiendo!

Overall, a stay with both positives and some disappointments.
Pros:

- The place looks just like in the photos.

- There is air conditioning.

- Most of the people staying there are amazing, and I made many new friendships during my stay.

Cons:

- The area is not the safest, especially at night, so it’s important to be cautious.

- During my stay, I was asked to change rooms for one night due to non-urgent maintenance in the room I had booked. I was told the next available time for this maintenance would be in two months. Since I had specifically booked and paid for that room, I didn’t feel very comfortable with the request and found it a bit unusual. I would have completely understood if it had been due to something urgent.

- There was an incident where another guest took my water, and it was caught on camera. The owner mentioned she would speak with her about it, but that conversation never happened. It wasn’t a major issue in itself, but it did feel disappointing especially when it was just left like that. Fortunately, all the other guests were respectful of each other’s belongings, even small things like water.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien, disponiamos de todo tipo de utensillos de cocina y todo lo necesario. La dueña muy atenta. Todo muy limpio

Lo unico que puedo comentar es que es facil de llegar pero, pero puede ser un poco distante del centro. Aunque hay supermercados y todo lo necesario cerca.

Lugar bien ubicado, con muchos supermercados como el d1, también tiene restaurantes de todo tipo cercanos, hay droguería, central de taxis, muy bien aseo y buenos utensilios para la cocina, buen aire acondicionado, tiene una nevera por habitación, la anfitriona responde muy rápido los mensajes, es muy atenta y da buenas instrucciones de llegada. Los baños son limpios y grandes. Tiene buen tendedero. A 15 min de la playa caminando. Buen internet, buena señal. Tiene un balcón muy bonito y un buen espacio para limpiar la arena al llegar. El barrio es muy seguro.

Cons:

Que no nos explicará el protocolo de limpieza de las habitaciones, puesto que entraron y botaron botellas que estábamos reutilizando y dejaron un papel manchado encima de una cama. Tampoco nos avisaron con anticipación del mantenimiento a la cocina, ya habíamos comprado recursos para cocinar y hubo un día en donde no pudimos cocinar. Tampoco estuvo bien que nos acusaran de dejar mucha comida en el mesón de la cocina, lo único nuestro era una botella de aceite, habían galletas, azúcar, sal y otros alimentos que no nos pertenecían y la anfitriona nos acusó de dejar toda la comida en el mesón.

Kira es muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos y brindar cualquier información. Además pudimos cocinar principalmente el desayuno, y no tenía ningún costo adicional el uso del gas.

Cons:

Íbamos con nuestra hija y es lejos del centro solo me demore 20min a buen pasó, ya con la niña era un poco más difícil sumado el calor
