Pros:

The location is very central, close to the night market and easy to find, fabulous with the room directly facing east towards the ocean 🌊 the brilliant sun rise is welcoming us every morning. The curtain is thick enough if you just want to catch up on sleep. The seawall to walk is just right with a few stairs across the corner. The family owned business is very cozy with Taiwan breakfast and western toast provided and Americano coffee machine. The family also provides taxi service if required this helps a ton when you are in a small town without Uber and with limited bus service. The room is extremely clean and it feels like home.

Cons:

There is no elevator 🛗 even though the son of the family business is very kind to offer luggage pick up and move down from the stairs, for physical mobility challenged visitors, this may not be the best option.
