etwas abgelegen, ohne Auto 1 Stunde zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum,
Busverbindung ähnlich weit zu laufen, Gastgeber konnte keine genaue Auskunft geben

Cons:

Einweisung beim Empfang sehr spröde, alles im Hefter im Zimmer zu erlesen; persönliche Einweisung in Küchenbenutzung wäre netter gewesen

Relaxing and Comfortable stay
Pros:

Kurt was a fantastic host, very welcoming. Very detailed welcome booklet in the room which was really helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and bathroom located right outside the room!
This was my second stay as really handy for my flight back out from Nashville 😁

Great shared accommodation and was made to feel welcome. Great priv bedroom and bathroom
Pros:

Felt comfortable and really enjoyed my stay, the owner answered any question I had and was happy to socialise and also give me my own privacy. Definitely recommend anybody to choose this as your place to stay. Super close to Downtown, 4 minute drive.

Great host, great place and very good location.
Pros:

First of all, Kurt is one the best hosts I ever had when traveling. He’s super friendly, flexible and a great guy. The house is very nice, everything was clean, bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked like a charm. Also, room and bathroom are next to each other so you can have a little more privacy when going to the bathroom. For my solo stay I couldn’t ask for more.

Ideal for what we needed, handy for the airport.
Pros:

Nice neighbourhood and only 20 mins walk to a lively area with plenty of food and drink options.

Cons:

It was a house share, rather than a separate place, but the host explained that in advance. Would be good if Booking.com website could reflect that.

Comfortable, clean and quiet with easy access to Nashville city
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Had own space in the house, felt private.
Easy to walk (30 minutes into heart of city) or drive into Nashville centre.
Off road parking, quiet neighbourhood.

The place was very clean and nice. I really liked the bed! Kurt was a perfect host. I had last-minute flight changes, and he offered to change the check-in time. It's a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Nashville.
