Pros:

Destaco la ubicación, cerca de locales de comida y 7/11, farmacias y todo lo que necesitas.
Además queda a 15 minutos caminando a las zonas de encuentro donde inician los tours.
El hostal es muy limpio, se nota que hacen mantención a las habitaciones y tiene todo lo necesario, refrigerador, hervidor, tazas, vasos, toallas, utensilios de aseo personal como jabón, shampoo, acondicionador, toallas, papel higiénico y agua embotellada.
Nos gusto mucho que tuviese un pequeño balcón donde llegar y estar sentados en banquitos después de un largo día.
Tiene espacio para fumadores.
Personal amable y dispuesto.
Ahí mismo tienen venta de tours a todos lados (aunque nosotros compramos por internet)

Cons:

El lugar es excelente en general, sin embargo, por fuera se ve un poco descuidado y desordenado en la entrada. A simple vista cuando llegas no logras dar con él porque pareciera ser una casa entremedio de hoteles, ya que es tipo hostal y su nombre no está a simple vista.
La habitación no es tan amplia y hace falta un espacio para poner las maletas o un clóset.
Aunque esos detalles no intervienen en la comodidad.
Lo recomiendo 100% sobre todo si vas principalmente a conocer, ya que sales en la mañana y vuelves tarde a un lugar cómodo y limpio.

Perfection
Pros:

Baan Rachaya is the perfect place if you want to do a short stay or longer stay. We originally only planned to stay 4 nights but ended up extending to a further 3, because the location was perfect for us. The room was the perfect size for me and my gf, with our two huge backpacks too. The family who own and run the hotel were so lovely and polite.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer ist eher klein, aber hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen guten Wäscheservice und man kann direkt vor Ort Ausflüge und Ähnliches buchen (die Tickets für Muay Thai waren sogar günstiger als online).

Cons:

Wir mussten nach Toilettenpapier fragen, da anfangs keins im Zimmer war. Das war aber wirklich eine Klinigkeit!

It's ok
Pros:

It was ok, I think if they made some improvements it could be better. For 1 night it's ok, but there are better for the same price on this road

Cons:

The lighting is bad. The size of the bed for the size of the room. I couldn't walk around the side of the bed, I had to crawl out of the bed over the other side.

Das kleine Zimmer hat keine Fenster durch welche man nach draußen schauen kann, lediglich in den eher unattraktiven Innenbereich der Unterkunft (wenn man sich traut die Gardinen zu öffnen).
