極近漁港、房間乾淨、公共設施完善，早班船旅客的住宿好選擇
Pros:

離富岡漁港超級近，一下樓就到了，對於要一早搭船的遊客來說相當方便。
房間內空間大，且整理得很乾淨。
公共區域有提供冰箱可供存放食物/飲料，還有提供飲水機。

Cons:

因鄰近漁港，環境上難免會有一點點潮濕，同時外觀也比較有歲月痕跡（不過不用太擔心，室內打掃得很乾淨，且冷氣的除濕與冷房效果很好，住起來很舒適）。

隔天早起要到綠島搭漁船，整晚房間舒適度不佳、除了便宜又近沒別的感覺！
Pros:

離富岡漁港很近，走路5分鐘左右、
接待人員很熱心幫忙提行李到3樓
和介紹停車地方！

Cons:

房間打掃得不夠乾淨喔，窗簾有灰塵 、牆角也有蜘蛛絲、床單和棉被超髒，有塵蟎不潔、隔天起來皮膚都過敏起紅疹、連男生皮厚的都會癢、睡不好！
廁所內部地板不平，不是很好走！
會因為沖澡水 會集中在洗手台的前面、
需自備拖鞋進出廁所，
不然真的不敢踩在髒水上面會踐踏
整個浴室都是濕嗒嗒！

蘭嶼、緑島へ行くならおすすめ
Pros:

・WIFI。信号強度十分。
・1階の東島旅行社。日本から手配できなかった蘭嶼、緑島への三角チケットを手配してもらえました。
・部屋からの眺望。（部屋によると思いますが）港の目の前で、海、日の出、出航前の船、海上を飛ぶ戦闘機、等がよく見えました。
・ロケーション。港に隣接。早朝便での出航に便利。台東駅から富岡漁港行バス1本。バス停の目の前。バスの本数は多くないが他の路線（富岡新村から徒歩5分ほど）も選択可。

Cons:

・東島旅行社はシュノーケリングと体験ダイビングしか手配できずファンダイビングは手配できなかった。
・（それだけ安全という「良かった点」なのかもしれませんが）部屋の鍵の管理。部屋がある3階の受付には誰もおらず、外出時は鍵を3階受付の机に置いておくだけ。誰でも入れる状態で少し不安でした。持ち出すなと言われても持ち出せばよいのかもしれませんが。

Great pass by if one catching 7am ferry
Pros:

Nice and close to ferry if one taking an early ferry to orchid island at 7am in the morning!

Cons:

Bathroom is still dirty when arrived. Other people's hair remains still by the drain 🤮

Beds have wheels 🤯 so a bit uncomfortable when sleeping.

Pros:

會館位置絕佳，下樓就是碼頭售票處，附近熱炒店多。
窗外就是碼頭，可以看日出。
貼心備有泡麵，櫃檯旁有飲水機，很方便。

Cons:

窗戶再乾淨一點更好。
浴室排水不良，靠裡面的排水孔不會排水，要一直用腳撥泡泡到中間排水孔排除。

Pros:

樓下就是碼頭，要坐船去綠島/蘭嶼的話真的非常方便，下次有要去也應該會再預定
店家有預先提醒我們吃飯的話7時前到達比較好
房間剛好升級到四人房
有附送泡麵

Cons:

房間在三樓，要走一下樓梯
設施比較舊一點點，希望清潔能再好一點點
