En suverän hide away pärla
Pros:

En suverän pärla i Östersund. Litet och personligt fräsch boende, genuin frukost som serverade till rummet på uppgjord tid. Vi uppskattade bemötandet av värden och framför allt den sakliga informationen om Östersund, matställen etc

Cons:

Vi har inga som helst klagomål utan boendet passade perfekt för vårt korta stopp i Östersund.

Som klassisk engelsk B&B
Pros:

Det var som att vara på ett klassiskt B&B i England. Personligt, ompysslad och serviceorienterad.
Ett öga för detaljer.
T.ex. frukosten var långt bortom rationell svensk, gör det lättsamt i lager av plast och brist på engagemang.
På Lilla Lotten var det nylagat frukost, på avtalad tid, rykade färsk på bricka i vårt mysiga rum.
Kan varmt rekommendera.

Cons:

Att vi bara var där en natt.

Stort og koselig rom, trivelig vertinne, fint å kunne ha med hund. Hundeseng og matskåler på rommet.
Stille og rolig område.
Koselig og praktisk å spise frokost på rommet, men litt kjedelig å ikke kunne forsyne seg selv.

Cons:

Dårlige parkeringsmuligheter, trangt.
Uanselig skilt ved gaten, vanskelig å se i mørkeret.
Langt hårstrå i yoghurten.
Litt kjedelig frokost.

Positivt boende. Kommer gärna tillbaka.
Pros:

Litet genuint boende tyst beläget. Skön säng, kylskåp och TV. Mycket trevlig värdinna. God frukost serverat på rummet.

Cons:

Gemensamt badrum men absolut ingen katastrof.

Charmigt och personligt. En ägarinna som minsta detalj vill skapa en fin och unik miljö och hög trivselfaktor.

Cons:

Badrummet var mycket fint men delades med andra rum. Inget problem då vi var ensamma att använda det.
