Absolutely recommended. The owners are fantastic.
Pros:

The room and location for my purposes were absolutely great. The room was clean and there was a parking in the internal yard of the building.

The most impressive: the owners of the property. They are so nice people, very supportive and helpful - it was a real pleasure to communicate with them.
