Cons:

Nous avons été accueilli à 22h par une personne ivre ne comprenant rien à ce qu’on lui demandait. Pour la wifi, la personne ne connaissait pas le mot de passe ?
Dans la chambre, nous avons retrouvé plusieurs cafards.
Nous avions un lit double avec un drap simple. Lorsqu’on a demandé un autre draps, c’était la fin du monde, la personne ne savait pas quoi faire alors elle nous a donné un dessous de draps.
Le lendemain au réveil, nous n’avions pas d’eau courante. Pas possible de se laver ou d’aller au toilette.
La piscine vous pouvez oublier, elle est très sale.
Étant très mécontent du service, nous avons demandé un geste suite aux nombreux problèmes (surtout pour la wifi et l’eau). La personne semble constamment en état d’ivresse ou juste être en mode « je m’en foutiste » et n’a rien voulu entendre. Pour lui, ce n’est pas sa faute (la nôtre peut être ?).
Aucune aide apportée, aucune compréhension, vraiment hôtel à fuir.

War nur eine Nacht dort. Das Zimmer war geräumig, es hat an nichts gefehlt und in der Nähe waren Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichleiten, ganz ohne die Hektik der Altstadt. Es gibt einen Pool!

Cons:

Das Wifi reichte nicht bis in mein Zimmer, was aber auch für den kurzen Aufenthalt egal war.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Zoe. Nothing fancy. Very clean. Located in a quieter part of Cartagena yet very walkable to the historic center. Carlos was so helpful during our stay and made it very easy for us!
