Relax asegurado!
Pros:

El personal muy atento y servicial especialmente durante el desayuno. Muy buena variedad/calidad del desayuno.
El paseo a las islas Ballestas, la embarcación y chalecos salvavidas impecables, el guía explicando cada detalle del lugar, animales y alguna anécdota que sucedió, como cruzarnos con una familia de delfines en el recorrido, observar como un grupo de pingüinos de Humbolt se alistaban para saltar al mar, una leona marina enseñando a su cachorro, a quien llevaba en su lomo, a nadar…
Personal que atendía los kayaks y el catamarán, muy serviciales, especialmente Adán…
El museo del hotel… increíble!
El personal de recepción y cochera, también muy serviciales.
Buena distribución del hotel, jardines bien cuidados y una amplia piscina. Ideal para una estancia para relajarse.

Cons:

La zona de playa no fue lo mejor pero sí era posible bañarse (cerca al muelle)

Pros:

El hotel estupendo. Me parece que tendrían que limpiar la playa que está frente del hotel, quitar las algas y mal aguas que batan en la orilla. Otro punto interesante sería prolongar el malecón/paseo marítimo para poder hacer caminatas por la orilla. Hacerlo por la arena es complicado. Y lo máximo sería prolongar el muelle para bañarnos un poco mar adentro.

Cons:

El no poderme bañarme en el mar y no poder andar por la playa por la falta del malecón.

Bueno llegué y Booking habia cancelado mi reserva. Tras esperar por mas de 15 minutos con mi mamá, de 91 años, los del hitel me ofrecieron una habitacion en primer piso para discaoacitados. Lo demas fue super!!!. El hotel es hermoso y su personal, como siempre, muy atento. Seguire escogiendolo pero no por booking
