Piękna lokalizacja, świetne udogodnienia, a obsługa na medal!
Pros:

Obsługa była fantastyczna, a obiekt bardzo czysty. Niczego nie brakowało, pyszna kawa z ekspresu kapsułkowego, ciastka, woda i wino do dyspozycji.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem und es war absolut ruhig. Auch die Lage in der Nähe der wunderschönen Votiv Kirche war gut.

Ein sehr schönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Stadthaus mit sehr viel Charme. Super Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Consistent high quality
Pros:

It is our third stay at the apartments. We keep choosing it for the comfort: good sleep, spacious rooms, great attention to detail. The location is unbeatable. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. Beer and wine in the fridge are a lovely touch.

Unser Aufenthalt im Roosevelt Stadthaus war perfekt! Das Zimmer wunderschön eingerichtet - mit Liebe zum Detail. Ganz ruhig gelegen mit Fenster in den Innenhof. Das Badezimmer sehr modern mit allem, was man braucht. Alles war sauber und clean - im gesamten Bereich! Was uns sehr gefallen hat, dass man jederzeit Tee, Mineralwasser, Cookies zur freien Entnahme zur Verfügung hat.
Die Lage des Roosevelt - gleich hinter der Votivkirche - ist ebenso perfekt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Es gibt nichts, was zu bemängeln wäre!

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We were greeted very nicely. It felt like we are visiting a relative we never knew we have in Vienna.
Everything was spotlessly clean. You can really feel how much Konstanze cares about guests. It is visible in every detail.
The location is great, even though it is a city centre it is not loud.
I highly recommend staying in Roosevelt Stadthaus.

Pros:

We were a party of 7,so we booked 3 rooms. We were pleasantly surprised when the triple room was an entire huge apartment with a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms and a living room! The other two rooms (double)were very comfortable as well,and the whole place felt very homely. Especially since we had to spend more time on the property than expected due to the extremely low temperatures of the period we visited. Every chance we had to speak with people working there ,they were extremely polite,very fluent in English so the communication was very good. Overall everything went smoothly and the rooms were very warm as well considering how cold it was outside.
