Consistent high quality
Pros:

It is our third stay at the apartments. We keep choosing it for the comfort: good sleep, spacious rooms, great attention to detail. The location is unbeatable. The hosts are welcoming and helpful. Beer and wine in the fridge are a lovely touch.

Unser Aufenthalt im Roosevelt Stadthaus war perfekt! Das Zimmer wunderschön eingerichtet - mit Liebe zum Detail. Ganz ruhig gelegen mit Fenster in den Innenhof. Das Badezimmer sehr modern mit allem, was man braucht. Alles war sauber und clean - im gesamten Bereich! Was uns sehr gefallen hat, dass man jederzeit Tee, Mineralwasser, Cookies zur freien Entnahme zur Verfügung hat.
Die Lage des Roosevelt - gleich hinter der Votivkirche - ist ebenso perfekt! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We were greeted very nicely. It felt like we are visiting a relative we never knew we have in Vienna.
Everything was spotlessly clean. You can really feel how much Konstanze cares about guests. It is visible in every detail.
The location is great, even though it is a city centre it is not loud.
I highly recommend staying in Roosevelt Stadthaus.

Pros:

We were a party of 7,so we booked 3 rooms. We were pleasantly surprised when the triple room was an entire huge apartment with a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms and a living room! The other two rooms (double)were very comfortable as well,and the whole place felt very homely. Especially since we had to spend more time on the property than expected due to the extremely low temperatures of the period we visited. Every chance we had to speak with people working there ,they were extremely polite,very fluent in English so the communication was very good. Overall everything went smoothly and the rooms were very warm as well considering how cold it was outside.

Pros:

Excellent stay in a lovely comfortable house
Pros:

A beautiful property. Konstanze was very welcoming and took us to the room explaining everything. It is a beautiful spacious room. The bathroom was exceptionally clean with a large walk in shower. The bed is large and comfortable. We very much appreciated all the refreshments available.
The location was ideal close to public transport and walking distance to the biggest Christmas market.

Best stay, so luxurious and in a great location!!!
Pros:

Amazing stay. Photos don’t do it justice. Close to everything. The reception was super helpful and even texted me the name of the oil scent when I left after I showed interest. Highly recommend. Was so sad to leave.

Great service & staff. Beautiful and really clean. Enjoy your time in this fantastic apartment.
Pros:

Preparation, readiness and greeting was all exceptional. Good emails in readiness for the trip and the team used Whatsapp to keep intouch throughout the trip, including making us aware of shopping opening hours and a national holiday. They also booked us taxi for our return to the airport.
The apartment was exceptionally well cleaned and the crockery and cutlery well stocked (an issue we have had on previous bookings). Easy to get in and out of the apartment and the family felt incredibly safe.

Cons:

The upstairs bedroom was a little small, but was as expected as per the pictures.
Apart from that, a really beautiful apartment with a very central location.
Make sure you check out the Votive church next door (great light show at Xmas) and pre-book all the places you really want to go to, as everywhere we went to as booked out on the day.

Christmas in Vienna? Stay here!
Pros:

Location is very close to christkindlmarket. Several food markets close by. No street noise. Apartment immaculate. Gentleman at the front desk was so very kind and helpful.
