Pros:

Pros:

The property is in a great location, making it very convenient to explore the city. Being family-owned and managed gives it such a warm, personal touch that you don’t often find in larger hotels. From the cosy bar to the thoughtful coffee setup, every little detail made it feel homely and welcoming. I especially appreciated their honesty and attentiveness — I accidentally left my earring in the room, and when we returned to collect our luggage, they had safely kept it for me. A lovely stay overall.

Very modern nice room in a great part of the city. Temp in room a bit difficult to adjust.
Pros:

This is upscale room/bathroom, very clean and in a quiet part of town that was easy access to the tram/bus/train stop. The staff was very responsive to messaging.

Cons:

The room temperature was difficiult to control. It was a high of 81 when we were there and needed to leave the window open in the evening but then we could hear more street noise. Overall it is a quiet spot but you can hear everything with the windows open. We saw no-one on our visit.

Pros:

The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The accommodation, room, and facilities were outstanding—everything was spotless, clean, and well-maintained. The owners were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with our requests, offering great recommendations for sightseeing, food, cafés, and local points of interest. A truly enjoyable stay!

Definitely our top choice for accommodation on our next visit to Vienna, and a highly recommended apartment for friends who plan to visit the city in the future.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike—everything was perfect, and the apartment was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay.

Exquisite apartment in a perfect location
Pros:

Clean. Elegant. Absolutely first class spacious and lovely apartment with all the amenities. Host was as friendly and accommodating as could be. And the location is perfect. Couldn’t have found a better place and would happily go back.

Ein großes, helles Appartement, das seinesgleichen sucht! Angefangen von den herrlichen Kronleuchtern aus Murano Glas, dem großen Bad mit Marmorverkleidung, einem Boxspringbett in Übergröße bis hin zu der modern ausgestatteten Küchenzeile ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt, dazu liegen Bildbände und Literatur über Wien bereit, so dass man sich beim Chillen im Wohnzimmer bereits umfassend informieren und schon einen Plan schmieden kann.
Besonders erwähnen möchte ich die liebenswerten Gastgeber, ja, die besondere Gastfreundschaft, der man im Roosevelt Stadthaus begegnet! Vielen Dank für alles!

Piękna lokalizacja, świetne udogodnienia, a obsługa na medal!
