El colchón muy incómodo, no hubo servicio de limpieza los dos días, la relación de las fotos con las instalaciones no fue la mejor.
Poco espacio para estar, el baño no funcionaba bien, encontramos pelos en la ducha y en la cama.

El aseo muy regular. Cambiar las sabanas es lo mínimo y no lo hicieron.
Cons:

Las sabanas es claro que no las cambiaron, habían cabellos en las almohadas cuando recibimos. Cuando se hace el aseo de un hospedaje hay que tener escrúpulos y ponerse en los zapatos del otro “Cómo deberia ser el aseo si fueras tú el que se va hospedar ahí?” Al personal de los hoteles hay que enseñarle más valores.

There was no hot water!!! The jacuzzi is not working and we had to wait for the receptionist for one hour! No one answers the phone number either..

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación y baño muy estrecho, no sabíamos que iba a ser así. No hay opción de tomar un tinto al menos. No hubo servicio de aseo el segundo día (sabado)

ofrecen convenio de picina con otro hotel y es mentira
la picsina la estan cambiando y no te informan que con ese calor no cuentan con ese servicio
y lo peor nadie te da solucion

Su arquitectura...y la atención de sus colaboradores
Llegamos una noche donde llovió y hubo caída de árboles en la vía..esto retraso la llegada y arribamos a Doradal a las 11.30. no había habitaciones, pero nos solucionaron y nos acomodaron
