Good value, quiet location but only a short walk from from main attractions.
Pros:

It was clean, bright & was great to have a living area & separate bedroom. The kitchen area is also really useful.

Cons:

There wasn’t a sofa or tv in the living area, just a very big double bed, so meant sitting on slightly uncomfortable chairs at the table or laying on the bed to relax, if not for this I’d have said it was perfect for what we wanted!

Very nice choice in Prague center.
Pros:

The apartment is located at a very convenient area, near the tram and the famous bridge. The neighborhood is quite and safe. Easy to access from the Airport and near the castle and the river. A lot of stores nearby for coffee and dinner.

Cons:

The bed was squished between the couch and the walls. The control for the air-condition was not in place. Could have supplied some tea or coffee or even water. Small details that would upgrade the apartment to top choice.

Great Area, Bad Experience. Overpriced and Deeply Disappointing
Pros:

The location is excellent — quiet, clean, and within easy reach of the city center and Hradčany Castle. The neighborhood is charming, with beautiful architecture, and the building itself is an attractive, well-maintained apart-hotel.

Cons:

This was a deeply disappointing stay not worth the price.

The apartment had a huge, ugly bed dumped in the middle of the living room — despite having a perfectly normal bedroom. It makes no sense. The extra bed completely ruins the space: it looks bad, takes over the entire living area, and makes it practically unusable.

We asked reception to change rooms, as it was obvious we are a couple with no need for this setup, but they flat-out refused.

To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the building for an entire day. For a property charging over €200 per night, this is simply unacceptable.

Some of the furniture was also in very poor condition — the couch was stained and deformed, which only added to the overall sense of neglect.

The beds themselves were uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful — shapeless, lumpy, and offering zero support.

On top of that, don’t expect even basic amenities: no complimentary shampoo, soap, or coffee capsules are provided.

Overall, a frustrating and overpriced experience that fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again.

Достатньо комфортне житло, якщо прибрати дрібні недоліки і замінити персонал!
Pros:

Неподалік дуже гарний парк з неймовірними краєвидами на місто. Є куди вийти і погуляти поруч. Тихо, затишно, чисто в помешканні та парадному

Cons:

Супермаркет достатньо далеко від помешкання. Немає деяких базових предметів серед посуду. Навіть сковорідка неякісна. Жодного пакету чаю чи кави. В ванній не вистачає стакану або місця, де б покласти зубну щітку. Всі дрібниці складають певне субʼєктивне враження.
