Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Tesnov Apartment. The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of space and everything needed for a relaxing trip. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The location is excellent — close to the city center, public transport, restaurants and making it very easy to explore Prague. We also appreciated how quiet and safe the area felt, especially in the evenings.

The check-in process was simple and convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we had questions.

Overall, this apartment offers great value for money and made our visit to Prague even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

De lokatie van deze hotel/ appartement is prima. Dichtbij het centrum.

Cons:

Het gebouw is verouderd. De kamer is niet goed ingedeeld en de vloer, de keuken en het meubilair zijn oud en kapot. De prijs van de accommodatie stond niet in verhouding tot wat wij kregen. De accommodatie ligt in een druk deel van de stad. Het is zo warm in de kamer dat het nodig is om het raam open te doen, maar helaas hebben wij dan dag en nacht veel last van het lawaai.

It was ok, but for the price, I expected a more comfortable and cleaner space.
Pros:

Spacious and close to centre. Main bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Kitchen could’ve been better equipped- no coffee machine, several pots which were not compatible with the induction hob. The additional pullout bet had several missing slabs under the mattress, so not the most comfortable sleep. Balcony was dirty, didn’t feel like it’s really usable. When we closed the pullout bed it was very dirty underneath, not sure it was cleaned in a while. There was also another single bed that had a smaller mattress than bed frame, which we had to keep our younger child away from, so he doesn’t get stuck in the holes between the bed frame slabs. Difficult to maintain the temperature with the heaters.

Προσωπικά για εμάς που δεν έχουμε πρόβλημα στο να περπατάμε ήταν σε καλό σημείο από το κέντρο! Έχει ακριβώς από κάτω στάση τραμ που εξυπηρετεί με συχνή συγκοινωνία για το κέντρο! Ο σταθμός των λεωφορείων είναι 700 μέτρα περίπου απο το ξενοδοχείο και εξυπηρετεί κάθε μια ώρα δρομολόγια από και προς αεροδρόμιο! Μείναμε σε δωμάτιο στη πίσω πλευρά και ήταν ήσυχο δωμάτιο! Το δωμάτιο αρκετά ζεστό και είχε συνεχόμενα ζεστό νερό! Θελήσαμε αλλαγή μαξιλαριων και μας εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα!

Cons:

Δεν παρείχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο, τα οποία δε ζητήσαμε, μπορεί αν ζητούσαμε να μας έδιναν!

The best first expression of the city ever, with our taxi driver who works for Tesnov Residence. Very, very kind man. During the ride to the apartment, we felt like we had a quick tour through the city. We stayed in Vanila apartment for 6 nights, it was very clean and sweet. The bathroom is big. It was quiet during the night. Close to the city center by walking. The train and bus station are very close, as well as metro station.

Cons:

They sent me the code for opening the main door and the apartment the day we came to the city. I did not have internet in that moment. It should be earlier. Connecting to wi fi should be simpler, not with sending the code on e-mail, and if you make a mistake, you need to wait 10 minutes to try again. It is necessary to have extra garbage bags and bathroom products. But all this is minor in relation to the whole impression. I would recommend it.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money thanks to its great location, friendly staff, and cleanliness.
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location — it is close to the bus station, and you can easily walk there. The city center with all the main attractions is also within walking distance, which is a big plus.
The staff were very friendly and kind. They explained everything clearly when I arrived, and communication through Booking was also pleasant and easy to understand.
The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were some negative aspects during my stay. The trash bins are located in the inner courtyard, and it was very noisy when people were throwing garbage away.
All the windows faced this courtyard.
Also, there seemed to be some renovation work in the neighboring rooms, which caused additional noise.

Polecam ten obiekt szczególnie ze względu na lokalizację.
Pros:

Bardzo przestronny apartament, czysty. Wygodna duża, komfortowa łazienka. Dużo miejsc do spania. Materace wygodne. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, blisko do metra i centrum! Stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam wysoko. Aneks kuchenny mały, ale na krótki pobyt wystarczający.
