Великі просторі апартаменти. Проста реєстрація заїзду. Наявність: чай, кава, цукор, олія.

Cons:

Перед бронюванням апартаментів не зазначається про додаткове стягнення 250 євро, якщо буде пошкоджено майно, які повернуться протягом 14 днів.
Підземний паркінг оплачується додатково.
При бронюванні на 4 особи (2 дорослих і 2 дітей) було лише одне простирадло і три одно спальні ковдри.

Super Ferienwohnung für bis zu vier Personen mit Vollausstattung.

Cons:

Der Zugang in die Hauseingangtür blieb ungeklärt. Die nette Dame am Telefon hat Klärung in fünf Minuten zugesagt. Leider ist das nie passiert. Wir kamen nur mit Hilfe anderer Gäste ins Haus.

Empfehlenswert, würde wieder buchen!
Pros:

Öffentliche Tiefgararge im Haus - das könnte man auf der HP noch anführen! Preise für öffentliche Garage ok.
Beim Eintreffen um 15 Uhr war eine Betreuungsperson vor Ort, die mit mir den Code geholt hat, weil mein Internet vor Ort nicht ging.
Mini-Küche super ausgestattet, Tee und Kaffee für die Übernachtung bereit gestellt. Danke!

Cons:

Im Zimmer war eine Lüftungsanlage - ich habe es nicht zustande gebracht, diese auszuschalten. Das Geräusch war beim Einschlafen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da noch eine Anleitung bereitzustellen, wie man Lüftung ausschalten kann, wäre hilfreich.

Hotel jest ładny, natomiast kontakt z obsługą jest bardzo utrudniony.
Pros:

Hotel był czysty, w pokoju znajdowało się wszystko, co zostało umieszczone w opisie. Dostęp do wifi był bez zastrzeżeń.

Cons:

W razie problemów, kontakt z obsługą był bardzo utrudniony. W czasie mojego pobytu wymieniane były zamki w drzwiach. W ciągu dnia dostałam kod, natomiast nie zadziałał. Podczas próby kontaktu z obsługą, nie odbierali telefonu, a gdy udało mi się nawiązać rozmowę, dostawałam tylko te same wskazówki, które nie pomagały (po prostu udostępniony kod był nieprawidłowy). Przez noc hotel nie zapewnił mi żadnego wsparcia, nocleg musiałam zorganizować sobie na własną rękę. Sytuacja była na tyle stresująca, że był to ostatni dzień mojego pobytu, a moje wszystkie rzeczy osobiste znajdowały się w zamkniętym pokoju, do którego nie miałam dostępu. W wyniku zaistniałej sytuacji, nie zdążyłam na pociąg, co w konsekwencji wpłynęło na moje dalsze plany podróży.

Overall this is a very nice place to stay, they have all necessary equipment there to cook and to rest, beds are comfy, location is ok, but depends on what you are visiting Graz for. Make sure to check if anything is broken in the room before you, so you wont be blamed to that :)
