Pros:

Die Lage war sehr ruhig

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen, zudem fehlte warmes Wasser beim Duschen.

Zimmer ok, aber Lüftung verusachte eine schlaflose Nacht.
Cons:

Die Lüftung war so laut, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Auch Oropax konnten nicht helfen.

Graz jest prześlicznym i czystym miastem. Spędzaliśmy całe dnie poza apartamentem. W sumie jesteśmy
Pros:

Pobyt byłby znakomity, ale: 1. Podano mi sms'em i emailem nieprawidłowy kod wejściowy, musiałam wydzwaniać wieczorem do centrum pomocy; 2. przez cały pobyt lodówka włączała się co 15 minut i przez 15 minut BARDZO GŁOŚNO pracowała. Nie znalazłam kabla od lodówki i nie mogłam jej odłączyć. Centrum Waszej pomocy także nie potrafiło mi pomóc; 3. okna pokoju wychodziły na BARDZO RUCHLIWĄ ULICĘ, samochody całą noc jeździły, aczkolwiek mniej ich było niż w dzień, żaluzje nie pomagały; 4. łóżko jest baaaardzo wysokie, siedząc na łóżku po raz pierwszy w życiu nie dotykałam stopami podłogi, a mam 170 cm wzrostu; 5. ostatni punkt: wentylator w łazience pracuje bardzo głośno i za długo po zgaszeniu światła w łazience. DUŻY PLUS: personel bardzo sympatycznie brzmi w emailach

Pros:

Einzige die Sauberkeit soweit vom Zimmer Apartment ! Aber es ist nicht wirklich sauber kaum putzservice war hier ,es gab im gesamten überhaupt keine Hygiene Artikel wie Shampoo Duschgel und man musste notfalls darum bitte das Telefon Service ist sehr unzuverlässig mit den ausmachungen und wir haben auch sogar 3 Nächte keine Fernbedienung aber vor unserem Bett einen großen Bildschirm !! Der Müll vorm Eingang lag herum und wurde nie entleert plus wir hätten einen Balkon dabei und bezahlt dafür es gab aber dann keinen tatsächlich und mein Mann ist Raucher !! Und was noch dazu es stand bei der Buchung nirgendwo dass es eine Kaution von 250€ gibt ,also wir brauchten das Geld und es wurde einfach abgebucht & hat geheißen,dass es bis am Freitag also morgen spätestens zurücküberwiesen wird vom hauptpersonal!! Die Lage war auch nicht gut für uns lange laufen ohne Auto neben der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße viel Lärm,bis zu den Öffis und mein Mann und ich mussten auch zur Arbeit !! Unserer Meinung war das Apartment Also ganz kurz und klar gesagt wirklich waren wir sehr unzufrieden und wir werden es auf keinen Fall mehr nehmen!! Schade

Satisfied with the facility on a whole
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable. Big, clean bathroom, towels provided. Location very good, calm neighborhood. WIFI was good. Entering procedure was clearly explained and quick.

Cons:

The table could be slightly bigger and renewed. The bed was a little squeaky.
