Die Uninähe war für mich das Positive an der Unterkunft: für 14 Tage ist es doch arg lang.
Pros:

Das Beste war die Lage (Nähe zur Universität)

Cons:

Das Wasser in der Dusche war bestenfalls warm, aber auf keinen Fall heiß.
Da der Stecker für die beheizbare Sprossenwand (zum HAndtuchtrocknen) direkt in der Dusche war, gab es an einem Abend einen Kurzschluss, als ich den Stecker in die Steckdose steckte -- ich war ohne Strom & es war schon dunkel. Da niemand vor Ort ist, sondern es nur eine Hotline gibt, musste ich telefonisch um Hilfe bitten, da ich den Sicherungskasten allein nicht gefunden habe: die Auskunft, die ich erhalten habe, war FALSCH: deshalb habe ich nochmal angerufen, bin aber in der Warteschleife hängen geblieben.
Kurz und gut: Dass ich überhaupt wieder Strom bekommen habe (es war Freitagabend), verdanke ich nur einem hilfsbereiten Mitbewohner, aber nicht den Mitarbeitern der Unterkunft - es gibt doch noch nette Menschen!!
Das sollte in der Dusche unbedingt anders gemacht werden, es war bestimmt nicht das erste Mal, dass da die Sicherung rausgeflogen ist.

Außerdem waren die Angaben zum Einchecken widersprüchlich: in der einen NAchricht hieß es, es gibt eine Schlüsselkarte, in der anderen hat man einen Zahlencode bekommen: da braucht es wohl mal ein Update.

Pros:

Die Aufteilung vom Zimmer war sehr schön. Der Straßenlärm war kaum zu hören. Die Aussicht in den Innenhof nett. Kaffee und Tee wurden bereit gestellt.

Cons:

Bei den ersten Schritten ins Zimmer klebte der Boden, wir wollten die Schuhe garnicht ausziehen. In den blauen Stuhl wollten wir uns auch nicht setzten, die Küche war voll mit Fettspritzern. Der Spiegel und die Türen hatten schmutzige Fingerabdrücke. Das Geschirr war auch nicht wirklich sauber, wir haben aber eh nichts gekocht. Und im Kleiderschrank und am Balkon warn kaputte Sachen.

Perfekte Ausstattung für kurze Aufenthalte für Selbstversorger, Kochnische top, alles sehr zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut! Gerne Wieder!

Pros:

Unkompliziertes ein- und ausschecken, ideal mit eigener Tiefgarage im Gebäude. Ausstattung sehr gut.

Cons:

Nicht so gut: schlechter Geruch im Zimmer und im (Tief)Kühlschrank waren noch Sachen vom Vormieter ….

Pros:

Bella struttura, per i giovani e lideale , stanza davvero grande con due bagni, tuttu come da descrizione, i parcheggio è a pagamento, lo staf risponde subito alle richieste, ci siamo trovati bene e tutto molto eletronnico e il personale qusi inesitente ma molto pronto a rispondre. La cucina era atrezata e la mattina ci facevamo la colazione in camera

Il materasso , un po duro, menomale ci siamo fermati pochi giorni.
