The location is very good. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location has parking and nearby are many taverns and supermarkets. There is a 5 min walk to the sea side. The rooms are very well equipt for staying relaxing in the room. The balcony is perfect size for 2 people. I warmly recommend this place and for sure I will come back here!

Domáci bol veľmi priateľský a nápomocný. Vyrába výborný olivový olej! Poloha v pešej dostupnosti promenády aj starého mesta. Parkovanie priamo pri vchode.
Vybavenie bolo veľmi minimalistické. Na naše pomery mohla byť kúpeľňa starostlivejšie vyčistená.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE — avoid this place at all costs.
The most shocking part of my stay was discovering a nail deliberately placed in my car tyre, which I strongly believe was done intentionally. When I raised the issue, the owner tried to shift the blame onto his workers, showing no accountability whatsoever. It was deeply unsettling and made me feel unsafe.
On top of that, the toilet flush barely worked, and there were ongoing problems with the water supply—either there was no water or the pressure was too low to use properly. These are basic necessities that were completely neglected.
This stay was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly quite disturbing. The host’s behaviour was unprofessional, and the condition of the property was unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking this place.
Nice spacious room, kitchennete, table with electrical sockets next to it. Also sockets next to a bed - very convenient. Large balcony, good for supper. Nice bathroom. Everything is clean and in order. Location is central in Nikiti. 700m to the beach and 300 m to the closest supermarket AB, there is also Galaxias (650m), Masoutis (850m) and Lidl (1.3km).
It's a bit hard to find Kallipso Studios because there is only a small signboard on the street and you can easily overlook it. So it is better to target the search for Apovrado taverna, and Kallipso Studios is the building on the left to it. The entrance is from the yard.
Apovrado taverna is a bit noisy until it closes at midnight, so if you go to sleep early, this might be a problem for you.
The room is exactly like the photos, everything was clean. The kitchen is equipped with basic stuff but it had everything we needed for a 10 day stay.
The location is perfect, close to the beach and all the restaurants but also away from the noise.

Everything was great! Location is really near the beach and the main walking zone in Nikiti, like 5 minutes by foot. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with big terrace, and the host was really kind and welcoming! Highly reccommended! Thank you!
