Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit (wirklich kleinen) Mängeln

Sehr sauber und gepflegt

Cons:

Leider ist das Treppenhaus und die Eingangstür sehr hellhörig. Immer wenn jemand durch den Hauseingang ging und die Tür zuschlug, waren wir wach. Auch an die Straßenbahn die direkt vor dem Haus vorbeifährt muss man sich erst gewöhnen, denn die hört und spürt man in der Wohnung deutlich.

Good apartment, nice and clean, easy access, location in a very loud area with no noise protection
Pros:

The room is clean and sufficiently big, with most of what you need. The area itself is good, with lots of shops nearby, and the old town is only about 20 minutes away on foot by crossing the bridge. The tram also takes you into town quickly, which makes getting around very convenient.

Cons:

The area is extremely loud, and the windows do a poor job of insulating sound. The bedroom is only 6 meters away from a very busy tram line, with a loud tram passing every 20–40 seconds, making rest almost impossible. There is no vibration from the tram, so it seems to be purely a window insulation issue. I tried sleeping on the couch in the adjoining room, which is farther from the tram line, but there I was disturbed by an incessant noise from the elevator. It appears to have an imperfect electrical contact and wheezes continuously, even when not in use.

Lokalizacja super, blisko mostu Karola, galerii, sklepów, barów, restauracji. Czysty, duży apartament, pachnące ręczniki, bardzo wygodne łóżka, poduszki. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dwie toalety. Meldunek szybki.
Brak parkingu. Zaparkowaliśmy poza centrum miasta i dojechaliśmy tramwajem ok 35 min powrót metrem ok 15 min.
Byliśmy w Pradze 4 nocki, a apartament umożliwił nam przyjemny pobyt ponieważ chciało się do niego wracać po długich spacerach po Pradze. Polecam apartament.

Wszystko było super.

Perfecta estancia
Pros:

La ubicación del apartamento es inmejorable. Buena limpieza del apartamento y del edificio en general. Proceso de check-in muy sencillo y muchas comodidades (camas, toallas, menaje de cocina).

Cons:

Quizá la nevera un poco pequeña, pero nos valió para hacer una compra de 7 personas para 2 días.
