Много добър апартамент, със страхотна локация
Pros:

Мястото е просторно и чисто. Домакините приветливи. Локацията е много удобна. Наблизо има пекарна, магазини и ресторанти. Градския транспорт е много удобен. Апартамента е добре шумоизолизан.

Cons:

Помолихме да се настаним малко по-рано, но това не можа да се случи.

Pros:

Чистые большие апартаменты, с двумя санузлами, кухней со всеми принадлежностями, небольшим балконом и двумя большими кроватями. Удобное местоположение, рядом остановка трамвая, тихо и спокойно.

Hrozná zkušenost, příšerný hluk, vibrace od tramvaji
Pros:

Dobra lokalita, pekařství a kavárny v blízkosti, snaha vyřešit mou nespokojenost.

Cons:

Hluk od tramvaji. Mela jsem apartmán v prvním patře, okna do ulice. Projíždějící tramvaje byly velmi slyšet, do té míry, že okna vibrovala. V noci jsem se xkrát stěhovala z ložnice (kvůli tramvajím) do obývacího pokoje a zpátky. Zde ovšem bylo slyšet hluk z chodby - dveře absolutně nic neizolují. Ačkoliv mi nabízeli přestěhovat se do apartmánu na Vinohradech, byla to pro mě komplikace. Potřebovala jsem byt na Smíchově.

Miejsce z dala od zgiełku miasta a jednocześnie blisko atrakcji
Pros:

Przestronny apartament położony w dobrej lokalizacji, w miarę blisko do większości atrakcji. Duży plus za dwie łazienki, pralkę i zmywarkę. Ręczniki i pościel czyste i pachnące. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Cons:

Brak szmatki / ręcznika papierowego do wycierania stołu i blatów. Brak odkurzacza.
Informacja o podatku miejskim płatnym gotówką na miejscu dopiero dzień przed przyjazdem.
Widok z okna.
Parking trzeba samemu zorganizować.

Cons:

I sovrummet mot gatan hördes spårvagn både på kväll och morgon, svårt att sova. Från sovrum#2 hördes istället duvor som bor på taket av huset. Stör dock inte lika mycket. Annars allt toppenbra i rum# 302!

Posizione (3 fermate di tram da ponte carlo), alloggio moderno, ristrutturato da poco, gestione molto professionale (neutra tramite mail, tutto il palazzo e’ di alloggi brevi credo della stessa agenzia), concreta e chiara. Casa fornita di tutto, ben tenuta. Rapporto qualità prezzo corretta

Cons:

Inezie: piccioni sul terrazzo e impossibilità ad oscurare completamente le camere di notte (tipica dei paesi nordici) accentuata dai velux trattandosi dell’ultimo piano
