Habitable , pero no esperes gran cosa!
Pros:

está cerca de puente de Carlos , del metro y del tranvía. El lugar se siente tranquilo.

Cons:

La dirección no era la misma dada en el anuncio, las fotos que están en el avisos son mejores que lo que encuentras, le falta mantenimiento.

Baaaaardzo polecam.
Pros:

Apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji z pięknym widokiem. Większość atrakcji Pragi w bardzo bliskiej odległości: wieża Petrin, Hradczany ok. 15 minut, Most Karola 4 minuty, najwęższa uliczka w Pradze 7 minut, ściana Johna Lennona 4 minuty. Najdalej na rynek staromiejski i brama prochowa, ale podziwiając piękno uliczek nie czuć odległości. Co bardzo ważne w bardzo bliskiej odległości sklep spożywczo-przemysłowo-monopolowy (u Vacka), a tych bardzo brakuje w Pradze. Mc`Donalds 5 minut. Blisko do tętniącego życiem centrum, ale bardzo cicho. Duże, przestronne pokoje, wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy: dużo ręczników , mydło, płyn do naczyń, kapsułki do zmywarki, sztućce, szklanki i naczynia kuchenne, suszarkę do włosów. Baz problemu zalogowaliśmy się na swoje telewizyjne konto. Wifi bez problemu. Jest wyznaczone miejsce do palenia.

Cons:

Podobało mi się wszystko, zabrakło tylko worków na śmieci :)

Местоположението е отлично. Апартаментът е много просторен, светъл и чист.

Cons:

Подвеждаща и некоректна информация! Резервирах апартамент, с две спални и две бани. Вместо това получих настаняване в апартамент с две спални , две тоалетни, но само една баня. Нямаше консумативи - сапун и душ-гел. Нямаше информация за по- трудната достъпност на апартамента - на последен етаж, с доста неудобни стълби.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT!!!!! Upon checkin the staff didnot even know where the apartment was located and we spent more than 1 hour awaiting for someone to arrive and show us physically. At the end of the day the case has been reported to booking.com. The apartment was not nice at all. Small and very inconvenient. Had to change an apartment for a different one, not from this host. It was very unpleasant and bad experience.

Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön, großzügig, die Fenster sind gut Schall isoliert. Die Lage ist etwas weg vom trubel und mitten im Zentrum. Ein Park und die Moldau sind um die Ecke.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation hat erst nach zwei anrufen gut geklappt. Wir haben kein WhatsApp. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Und was macht man mit einer Spühlmaschine mit 6 Tellern und 8 Messern, sowie eine Waschmaschine ohne ein Wäscheständer..

Excellent location! Would recommend.
Pros:

Excellent location! Clean and tidy accommodation. Had a washing and dishwasher which was very useful.

Great coffee/pastry shop downstairs with friendly staff. And so close to main tourist spots!

Cons:

The shower faucet/temperature was a little temperamental, either too hot or too cold but manageable.

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a perfect, quiet location near Charles Bridge, with only a few minor inconvenien
Pros:

The apartment has a perfect location, just a few steps from Charles Bridge. Despite this, the windows face an inner street, so it wasn’t noisy at all. The apartment itself was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults, 1 seven-year-old, and 1 nine-month-old baby. The space was quite large and had two bathrooms, which was especially helpful for our family. The beds were large and comfortable, and there were plenty of well-positioned power outlets throughout the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, which allowed us to prepare food during our stay.

Cons:

There were just a few minor negative points worth mentioning; however, overall, they did not negatively affect our stay:

1. Although the check-in process was easy overall, it felt a bit unusual. We had to wait almost exactly until the official check-in time before receiving the apartment’s exact location online. After that, everything went smoothly.
2. There is no elevator in the building, so we had to use the stairs to reach the third floor. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it could be a dealbreaker for some guests.
3. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided in the bathroom. Additionally, there was very little hand soap available, and it ran out quite quickly.
