Hezká lokalita ale s hlukem
Pros:

Lokace, blízko jezera. Pro dítě nám byla poskytnuta postýlka a židlička. Vybavena kuchyň

Cons:

Dle fotek vypadá ubytování daleko lépe než ve skutečnosti. Nábytek už má to nejlepší za sebou a chtělo by to renovaci. Čistota ok až na některá zákoutí a pavučiny. Největší nepříjemnost je pokud trávíte čas na ubytování i během dne - jako my s malým dítětem. Jelikož pár metrů od našeho pokoje jela pila na dřevo. Což je opravdu hlučné a nepředstavuji si takto relax na dovolené.

Příjemné ubytování v krásném prostředí.
Pros:

Ubytování je v klidné oblasti blízko jezera Wolfgangsee, s výhledem na okolní hory. Majitel je přátelský a ochotný. Vybavení odpovídá popisu.

Zmatek Bookingu. Nabízel nám apartmán s kuchyní, bez stravování, ve skutečnosti to byl byt bez kuchyně, ale se snídaní. Booking by měl zlepšit informovanost + začít informovat o poskytování karet výhod pro hosty.

Pouze lokalita.

Cons:

Nedostatek soukromí na pokoji, hluk z ostatních apartmánů, kouř z cigaret v ložnici. absolutně nedostatečné vybavení kuchyně, přecpanost apartmánu zbytečnostmi, az nebylo k hnutí.
Chybějící sušák na prádlo. Nutnost ptát se na doplnění toaletního papíru, mýdla a jaru.
Nedostačující ochrana kol při parkování. Ponecháni pouze pod přístřeškem bez možnosti uzamčení.

Perfect place! Right near the lake which was magical. The apartment had everything we needed, the little kitchen was very useful for cooking meals which we ate on the balcony.

We didn't find it very easy to find - but it was very likely.our fault that we didn't just knock on the main door originally!

Cozy comfortable stay with spectacular mountain views
Pros:

Great water pressure and nice shower. The water heated right up. We got 2 towels and 2 hand towels.

The comforters on the beds were very warm. The radiators heated up the place so well we had to open windows. You will not be cold here! I'm pretty sure the entry way had heated floors too.

The building is very well maintained and taken care of. There was an effort for decorations and it really made the place cozy and welcoming.

Kitchen had glasses for all sorts of beverages, plates, bowls and a decent amount of pots and pans and kitchen tools.
The fridge appeared small, but we fit a lot in there.

As the week went on, the host was very friendly and available. She did a load of laundry for us, no charge.

Free ample parking in a very safe area.

Great wifi. It worked everywhere.

I would stay here again.

Cons:

The bed pillows were very very thin and even folding them over was still like sleeping without. Eventually we used the pillows from the couch in the living room.

There wasn't any soap in the bathroom, but there was soap provided in the kitchen. We asked the host and while she did provide the soap, we got attitude from her that she had to get it for us.

We had to buy several things for the apt. We were expected to separate our recyclables and trash (but found out about that a couple days after we started staying there). But we weren't given any more trash bags nor were our emptied. As a result, we had to buy trash bags.

We were virtually ignored for the first couple of days, but we did arrive on Christmas Eve. The host didn't respond to any messages through booking or calls I made to ask about things. If she wasn't home, we didn't hear from her.

There was only 1 kitchen towel, which had to not only dry our dishes (no dish rack), but be used as oven mitts when we took things out of the oven. Radiators helped dry it quickly, but another towel or oven mitts would go a long way.

Not a lot of outlets and there were outlets that were closed, so even less ways to charge. There were 2 tvs (bedroom and living room) , and despite them being smart tvs and having the capabilities to go online so we can access streaming services, it was disabled. Due to the outlets being closed off (why??), we weren't able to use a HDMI cord to set up a laptop through it. It was disappointing.
