Für eine Nacht kann man das Zimmer nehmen
Pros:

Das Bett war sauber und frisch bezogen.

Cons:

Die Sanitäranlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig. Eine neue WC-Brille wäre sicher keine große Anschaffung, aber gleich viel ansehnlicher. Und mein Tipp, das WC mit Ameisensäure putzen, dann ist der Urinstein und die Braunfärbung weg. Die Dusche hatte einige Schimmelflecken.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a 18 minutos caminando del palacio de Sisi el centro y las tiendas, a 15 minutos caminando de la principal estación de trenes

Cons:

En general todo bien, confuso que alquile un apto y llegue y no había nadie en el sitio, me enviaron un correo que me presentara en un hotel y fue donde me quedé muy bueno. Solo perdí la tarifa de un Uber

Не далеко від центру міста. Апартаменти невеликі, якщо на один день- то нормально. На фотографіях була окрема кімната з дверима, а по факту дверей не було. Диван дуже скрипів, а за відсутності дверей ми зі спальні усю ніч чули перевертання дитини.

Не відповідає фотографіям, жарко, чути сусідів

I found a few pieces of someone’s hair in the bathroom and on the toilet floor. We’re not cleanliness freaks so we didn’t really care.

Pros:

We enjoyed the location as it was near to the center of the city but away from all the chaos of a big city.

Cons:

There was not enough toilet paper. The was a lot of noise if you kept the windows open from other appartments.

Günstiges Apartment, neu renoviert, in exzellenter Lage
Pros:

Unschlagbarer Preis, neu renoviert und täglicher Room-Service, der die Betten machte und Handtücher wechselt. Zudem eine neue Waschmaschine und eine neue Küche im Apartment. Im 9. Bezirk direkt neben dem Josephinum gelegen, ist es nur ein Katzensprung zum AKH, dem 1. Bezirk oder der Universität. Fantastisch!

La distribución estaba un poco rara, la cocina estaba dentro de una habitación. La habitación más pequeña no tenía ventilador (nos lo llevaron 2 días luego de solicitarlo)

Falls nochmal Wien, dann woanders.
Pros:

Ruhige Wohnlage (kleine Gasse mit kaum Verkehr), Kitchenette, Klimagerät. Eins der beiden Betten war auch bequem.

Cons:

Das 2. "Doppelbett" war tatsächlich eine Schlafcouch und nur mäßig bequem. Es handelte sich auch nicht um ein 2. Schlafzimmer, sondern das Wohnzimmer und es gab noch nicht einmal eine Tür zwischen den Räumen. Somit unterschiedliche Schlafzeiten schwierig ... Separates WC ohne Waschbecken. Zimmerreinigung und Müllleerung fand kaum statt und am Ende ging sogar das Toilettpapier aus. Zur nächsten ÖPNV-Haltestelle 10 Min. Fußweg.
