Pros:

Habitación cómoda.

Cons:

No me dieron habitación con aire acondicionado la primera noche. Nos ofrecieron un abanico que circulaba el aire caliente. Pero luego nos cambiaron a otra con a/c las siguientes noches

Bra vistelse men behöver ses över vissa bekvämligheter i rummet
Pros:

Läget var väldigt bra nära till alla turist attraktioner, tåg och spårvagnar. Ligger mittemot Stadsparken. Finns restaurang precis på samma gata. Enkelt med incheckning med koder. Skön säng och bra AC. Fint litet kylskåp som rymmer mycket.

Cons:

Ingen spegel i rummet, ingen klädhängare eller krok i rummet förutom garderoben. Endast en stol, ingen hylla i duschen för att ställa shampoo och dylikt. För mjuka kuddar, ingen extra kudde i skåpen. Daglig städning består endast av rena handdukar, toalettpapper och tömning av papperskorgen i badrummet.

Wonderful Staff - Great Location and Value - New, Modern Rooms - Perfect
Pros:

Terrific staff, over and above expected. They were so helpful, so nice, and so fast to communicate to answer questions and provide assistance.

Stored my luggage in a safe spot when I arrived early, which was awesome, and allowed me to explore the city and get lunch while I waited for my room. Notified me immediately when it was ready.

Location was awesome, just off the park metro stop. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. Super easy to get to from the main station (Hbf) and then back to the station.

I'm not great with the "code" thing, but was easy to figure out and worked well. Standard rooms also available within the hotel itself, and "code" rooms just around the corner.

Room was super modern and clean, bathroom too. Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. AC worked perfectly and quietly too. Awesome blackout curtains provided so that I could sleep late easily and keep the room nice and cool.

Could definitely hear neighbors enter/exit their room (because they slammed their door), but didn't hear them inside the room, thankfully.

Really it's the staff that makes me want to stay here again, they were so amazing!

Cons:

Setup room doors so that they close slowly and do not slam. Please...

Courtyard was bare and horrible looking, though I do not think that is within the hotel's control. I left my curtains closed.

As a boutique hotel, expected much more.
Pros:

Location excellent
Room was clean.

Cons:

Chair with a broken leg.
No tower racks.
Frequent internet black outs.
Just one pillow each.
AC not very effective.

Pros:

A comfortable apartment with everything you need. The large bed, coffee and tea stand, and desk are very well equipped.

Cons:

It's really hard to open the doors. It would be more comfortable to have 2 chairs
