Amazing stay
Pros:

The sauna was amazing as you book it and then only you and your guests use it at that time. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the location meant everywhere we wanted to visit was in walking distance.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.

Top Lage, sehr ruhig und doch zentral! Schöne sehr saubere Zimmer. Super Frühstück! Sehr freundliches Personal. Einfach die Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Krakau!

Télvíz ideján nem ajánlom senkinek a szállodát, nyáron biztosan jobb lehet.
Pros:

Tisztaság és kitűnő reggeli, kényelmes ágy. A reggelinél kaptunk mosolyokat a reggeliztető személyzettől.

Cons:

A szállás tiszta volt, de gyakorlatilag alig volt fűtés. Klímával oldották meg a fűtést, de valami nem stimmelt. Amikor feljebb próbáltuk kapcsolni, mindig hideg levegőt fújt. Szóval két napig fáztunk, nem volt kellemes hőmérséklet a szobában, pedig február lévén ez alap kellett volna, hogy legyen. A szoba világítás-rendszere túl komplikált volt, gyakorlatilag kezelhetetlen. Elég kellemetlen volt, amikor a fürdőszobában hirtelen elsötétült minden. Sajnos hiába hirdették a szobát hangszigeteltnek, kívülről egész éjjel valami monoton zúgás zavarta a pihenésünket éjszaka. A recepción a személyzettől nem láttunk mosolyokat.

We stayed at Hotel Golden Queen with my wife and we really enjoyed our stay.
The room was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very warm, which made our stay especially pleasant. We also had a nice view from the window overlooking a beautiful building.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they kindly assisted us with printing some documents, which we really appreciated.

The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the city center, so you can easily walk to all the main attractions.

We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Superb location, would recommend to others and will stay here again.
Pros:

Great location, bakeries and coffee shops next door. Short walk to main square. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy, asked for additional pillows and were delivered promptly.

Cons:

Hairdryer in room was faulty and was replaced with a similar faulty hairdryer. No coffee machine in room. These are minor issues that I would just expect better from such a nice place

Zdecydowanie polecam wszystkim.
Pros:

Hotel bardzo mi się podobał. Jakość wyposażenia i gust na najwyższym poziomie, bardzo duże i wygodne łóżka. Hotel i pokoje estetycznie wykończone z naprawdę dobrą jakością. Obsługa klienta bardzo pomocna i miła, doradzi i zaopiekuje się klientem na najwyższym poziomie. Lokalizacja hotelu to kolejny plus, bliskość centrum, Wawelu i innych atrakcji pozycjonuje ten hotel na pierwszym miejscu i chętnie do niego wrócę. Zdecydowanie polecam wszystkim.
