Pros:

Nice apartment, very clean, suitable for a family with three members. Important thing for us, traveling by car, was to have parking. Apartment has underground garage and this is a real advantage because in the area, finding a parking place is quite cumbersome. Host was very helpful, responsive, easy communication and very good guidance.
