Jag tvingades lämna mitt rum klockan 01:00 på natten på grund av vägglöss som kröp på mig. Madrassen var full av vägglöss och det fanns även blodfläckar på den. Jag krävde full återbetalning samt att en professionell sanering av rummet utförs omedelbart. efter 2 veckor saknas återbetalning
