Die Lage ist genial, besser geht es nicht. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Es gibt beim Schistall einen Kühlschrank, wo man zwar teuer aber doch Eier Milch Butter kaufen kann

Cons:

Die Heizung wird zentral reguliert, man kann also keine Heizung zurückdrehen oder mehr heizen. Die Küche ist zum Kochen für 4 Personen nicht geeignet. Es gibt nur 2 alte Herdplatten, 1 Topf mit 2,5 l und 2 mit 1l Fassung und eine alte Pfanne, bei der fast jedes Gericht anbrennt.

Third time and not the last.
Pros:

Small family hotel right on the ski slope. Friendly staff, the manager (owner?) was always willing to solve any of our problems (even those we caused ourselves by not reading the instructions). The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and is comfortably furnished.

veľmi zlá skúsenosť
Cons:

Chcel by som sa podeliť o negatívnu skúsenosť s ubytovaním. Ubytovali sme sa tu po tretí krát, nakoľko sme mali dobrú skúsenosť s týmto hotelom. Vybrali sme si termín počas vianočných sviatkoch 22-28.12.24 no po príchode na hotel nám dali ubytovanie v pivnici. Tento apartmán ako nazývala majiteľka vôbec nezodpovedal fotografiám na booking stránke. Ešte pred ubytovaním som písal majiteľke aby mi poslala ,kde sa nachádza apartman aj s foto. Napísala mi len , že apartmán sa nachádza vedľa recepcie a je podpivničený. Na základe týchto informácií som predom zaplatil ubytovanie. Sklamanie prišlo ako sme vstúpili do izby -spálne. Celý apartmán sa nachádza pod zemou, okno je pod úrovňou zeme, kde akože odkopali zeminu aby sa tam zmestilo okno, ktoré sa ani nedalo otvoriť a vyvetrať izbu. Mali sme pocit, že sme v pivnici, nakoľko apartmán nebol ani odhlučnený, bolo počuť každé spláchnutie splaškov. Bolo dosť nechutné, keď každé deň ste to počuli. Chceli sme apartmán vymeniť ale nám bolo povedané ,že majú všetko obsadené. Majiteľka nám poskytla náhradu vo forme raňajok zdrama, ktoré som samozrejme odmietol, lebo som mal zabezpečené vlastné stravovanie. Po celý pobyt sa nikto neukázal , či nám niečo nechýba a podobne ako by to na 4 hviezdičkový hotel patrilo. Dokonca chcem upozorniť, že smeti sa nevynášajú, máte si vyniesť smeti sami cez celý hotel, lebo smetiaky sa nachádzajú pri parkovisku. Tiež som upozornil majiteľku, že dva dni nefungovalo vyhrievanie lyžiarok, na to mi odpisala ,že nemá informacie , že by niečo nefungovalo v lyžiarni. Tak tiež kupeľňa nezodpovedala foto, bola veľmi mala nie ako prezentujú.
Chcel som náhradu od majiteľky ale po dlhšom odpisovaní a výhovoriek zo strany hotela som pristúpil k tejto negatívnej recenzii. Preto by som ostatným hosťom odporučil, overte si či to čo ponúkajú naozaj zodpovedá skutočnosti. Ja osobne už by som sa tam nikdy nevrátil, len z toho dôvodu , že majitelia na moje stažnosti odpisovali výhovorkami.
