The Plantation restaurant serves A la Carte Menu only. Guests who wish to dine at The Plantation will be entitled a selection of dishes and depending on selected choice, supplement may be applicable.

Für uns ein ganz besondere schöne Woche in einem tollen Hotel auf der wunderschönen Insel Mauritius mit ganz vielen lieb
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel an einem fantastischen Strand. Toller Pool mit Poolservice und es gibt immer genug sehr bequeme Sonnenliegen. Herzlicher Empfang am Anreise Tag mit Erfrischungstüchlein und Getränk. Buttler Service im Zimmer der uns jeden Abend die Rollos für die Nacht heruntergelassen hat und das Bett aufgeschüttelt hat. Lecker Essen, sehr freundliches Personal……. Überall!!!!! Wir bedanken uns besonders für einen tollen Service bei unserem Buttler Roshan und Path im Restaurant und bei Sakib & Sara an der Bar. Aber eigentlich waren alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels toll.
Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

пляж дуже гарний, вода чиста і блакитна, регулярно прибирають пляж
щодня возять на снорклінг на риф та на та інші активності безкоштовно
територія велика, чисто, нові лежаки, персонал уважний

Cons:

сніданок однаковий щодня - омлет, сосиски, овочі, йогурти і таке інше
в номері смерділо сирістю та був затхлий запах
також номера вже вартувало б оновити, меблі в нашому номері були старі
Не відчувався затишок
також по пляжі цілими днями катали людей на конях, коні гадили прямо на пляж

Overall, our stay was enjoyable with excellent facilities and outstanding beach service
Pros:

The facilities were excellent, and we especially appreciated that all water sports activities were inclusive and well organized. The beach area is beautiful, and the service provided by the beach staff was superb—very friendly, attentive, and kind.

We had requested a quiet room and were allocated one just off reception. Unfortunately, it was not as quiet as expected, as we could hear music and singing from the lounge area each evening. However, this did not disturb us significantly.

What was more disruptive were the screaming children in the lobby area while waiting with their parents. There appeared to be limited effort from parents to ensure that the children were kept calm or considerate of other guests, which affected the overall atmosphere.

Dinner was somewhat disappointing, as dining options were limited. There were essentially only two choices: the buffet restaurant or the à la carte restaurant, which offers more upscale cuisine. There was no more casual in-between option, such as a venue offering items like hamburgers, pasta, or pizza for a relaxed dinner.

Ein erstklassiger Aufenthalt mit tollem Service und einem Traumstrand.
Pros:

Das Hotel an der Ostküste hat einen wunderschönen Strand, einen sehr aufmerksamen Service, sehr große Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend. Wir hatten nur Bed and Breakfast gebucht. Wer Erholung benötigt, ist dort absolut richtig. Die Cocktails waren auch sehr lecker.

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich auf einem großzügig gestalteten, sehr gepflegten Grundstück. Es hat eine einmalige Lage an einem besonders schönen, feinsandigen Strand an der Ostküste von Mauritius, ist jedoch ein bisschen abgelegen. Wir hatten eine Suite mit direktem Meerblick und traumhafter Aussicht. Auch bei Ebbe verbleibt immer noch genug Wasser, so dass man zu jeder Zeit in das herrlich blaue Wasser baden gehen kann. Das zahlreiche Personal gibt sich große Mühe. Das Verpflegungsangebot (Frühstück und insbesondere Abendbrot) fanden wir exzellent.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage ist nicht besonders geräuscharm.

Pros:

Tout! L'hôtel était incroyable, beau, spacieux, aéré, propre.
Le personnel était extrêmement serviable et agréable.
La piscine est grande et ouverte sur le mer. La plage est magnifique et régulièrement balayée pour ôter les algues. Les jardins sont beaux et biens entretenus. Les transats et matelas sont propres, les serviettes sont fournis ainsi que de l'eau fraiche à divers endroits autour de la piscine.
La nourriture était exceptionnelle, tous les plats étaient savoureux et diversifiés. Même en période de moindre affluence la cuisine était recherchée et soignée.
La chambre est grande et magnifiquement décorée, la literie très confortable.
L'hôtel était calme, il y avait peu de monde cette semaine là, pas de musique qui empêche de se relaxer, ce n'était pas bruyant, c'était parfait pour se détendre quelque jours dans un endroit merveilleux.
Pas de vendeurs sur la plage.
Certaine activité de plage sont proposées gratuitement

Cons:

Le personnel du coté plantation n'était pas très agréable comparé au restaurant principal.
Certaines activités hors hôtel avec bateau sont parfois dérangeantes car assez proche de la plage mais cela ne dépend pas de l'hôtel.

Magnificent holiday in the sun
Pros:

The Residence is a fantastic hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautifully set out, very luxurious. Right on the beach. Our room was great, really spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was large and had everything we needed. Every member of staff was so helpful from the room butler to the beach boys. The food was great, so much choice and so well cooked. The gym was really great, one of the best we have ever encountered. And the spa was terrific.

Cons:

Nothing. The only thing would have been if we could have got food between the allotted eating hours. But its a very small point!
