Pros:

Location is very good.

Air conditioning was not working despite many complains they were unable to resolve the issue and there were no fans available.

I like the apartment personally and would love to stay again but didn’t like the fact of being ignored by the staff.
Pros:

The location and the size of the apartment was fantastic.

Cons:

The AC wasn't working, I told the staff but didn't get much of a response. It used to get really hot during the day, so we just opened the windows and made do.

Pros:

Although it was a very short stay but was very comfortable. Checkin person abbas was very helpful and made checkin very easy at 3 am.view of rawal lake from our room was very nice. 2 bed apartment was comfortable for a small family. I would love to come again for a longer time.
