Confusing check-in experience and poor informaiton but otherwise great stay.
Pros:

Aside from the check-in issues everything else was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, good layout, chargers by the bed, nice bedding. Good view from the terrace. Overall a pretty nice apartment with TVs in every room. It's a bit of a walk to the center but it's still a good location. Brekfast was good, it's in the Casa de Vina restaurant. It had the best ajvar in my entire life :)

Cons:

HUGE problem but it is so incredibly unclear of how to get checked in ! We arrived late in the night and spent almost an hour trying to find out how to get ourselves checked in. We walked around the buildings on locationtrying to find some sort of reception area but only saw blank doors. Turned out it was a separate small unassuming building, but the problem is that the only sign that says "Vip Casa Reception" is facing the road where you're just turning into the complex and if you didn't notice it there you have no way to find it. So for any future travelers, it's the single floor tiny building with brown paneling right before the courtyard.

I strongly recommend that the staff update all the information here, because not only is there no information on how to get checked in, the phone number listed is just someone's personal phone! While we were trying to find the reception I called it multiple times with no answer; the next morning it turned out that I was just bothering someone on accident, but we cleared it up.

Also the communications on Booking - right after finalizing the booking I received a long message saying that spa and breakfast services are all paid separately. And while I do think that this needs to be marked more clearly on the page, we had booked a breakfast package, so I had to go through support to find out that we did in fact have breakfast.
