No me gustó la habitación con buhardilla es agobiante y no tenia aire acondicionado en la planta superior no está preparado para minusválidos sin ascensor
De ligging, de ruimte van de kamer en badkamer met extra apart toilet. Ook een zeer goed ontbijt.
Er is geen lift. In vergelijking met andere steden was Braşov duurder op het moment dat we er waren (juli).

lDra de la recepție nu stia sa recomande alta parcare daca pe strada era ocupat. Ne am descurcat pana la urmă, dar daca ești contracronometru un pic de ajutor nu strică.
The breakfast was perfect. The room was big and had two levels which was great.
Amazing location, the size of the room was great, very clean, has two floors per apartment, two bathrooms, it had a great view, the breakfast had various kinds of food and it was very tasty, and the staff was very cooperative and sweet and understanding, first day we met the manager she was very helpful and sweet, the apartment size was great for a family.
There was no elevator especially when you have luggages it was slightly difficult because we had heavy luggages.

La ubicación. Estábamos al lado del centro histórico.
Nos pusieron la habitación justo al lado de la mesa de recepción. Se escuchaba todo el rato mucho ruido y no podíamos descansar.
La chica de recepción ni nos informó sobre el desayuno y demás. Tuve yo que preguntar.
Antes de ir pregunté sobre el aparcamiento por aquí por booking y ni me contestaron.
Lo más importante, la ventana del baño de la ducha estaba justo en el lobby del hotel. Mientras me duchaba, se me podía ver desde el cristal. Era muy incómodo.
El check in era a las 16:00! Muy tarde! Nunca he estado en un hotel con el check in tan tarde. Ese día estaba lloviendo muchísimo y no nos dejaron la habitación un poco antes por la lluvia aún estando libre.

Muy bien situado. Habitación super amplia, limpia, camas y almohadas cómodas. Ducha con buena temperatura y presión.
Desayuno bastante completo, puntual y muy buenos productos.
Charcuteria, pan, huevos y bolleria.
También maquina de café.
Aparcamiento complicado por estar en una calle de mucho tránsito y trafico.
No hizo calor, pero de haberlo hecho, la habitación no tenia forma de enfriarse.

Apartamentul este foarte curat, modern și bine întreținut, iar locația este perfectă, chiar în centrul orașului.
Din păcate, experiența a fost dezamăgitoare. Pe durata șederii nu a fost apă caldă, iar comunicarea cu unul din managerii proprietății a lăsat de dorit. Singura soluție oferită a fost să merg la recepție, să solicit anularea rezervării și să îmi recuperez banii. Aceasta nu este o soluție realista pentru un oaspete care a călătorit o distanță considerabilă și ajunge la destinație așteptând să se poată caza. Mai mult, nu s-a făcut niciun efort pentru a compensa acest inconvenient, singura recomandare fiind cea de a face reclamație celor de la booking, deoarece prin ei am făcut rezervarea. Am achitat tariful integral, deși serviciul oferit nu a fost conform așteptărilor, ceea ce personal, consider ca este nedrept.
Fara Apa calda la Baie timp de 2 zile !! Desi am anuntat proprietatea
