Pros:

Easy access to beach and food trucks. Very clean. Air-conditioned in each room.

Cons:

Balcony has two folding chairs on the balcony. The kitchen bar had 3 seats. We were a party of 4. We adapted so we could eat together. I recommend 2 more folding chairs for the balcony. We liked eating outside.

It was a great space that allowed us to stay comfortably and near many food options.
Pros:

Having two separate bedrooms was the best, since we had my brother in law with us.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like. The location was great and there were so many options for food near by. Even that parking was fine, we were grateful that she had that option available and the price is comparable to other bookings. And we could see outlet car from the balcony of the room which was great.

Don't stay at this property 606 royal aloha in Honolulu

We had no internet, no hot water for showers and washing up. The taps were broken when we stayed the first time 3 weeks before and we were assured they would be fixed but they weren't. We had a massive leak from the ceiling in the bathroom sent messages to the person who was looking after the apartment but took him hours to respond. The owner messaged and said he would comp. Our stay I sent my bank account details but nothing has been sent. I have tried several times to resolve this matter but have just been mucked around I don't want anyone else to have to put up with all the things that we had to put up with.i feel this property should not be on you site as it is not in good condition. I have all the correspondence I sent and received if you want to see it.

Unterkunft in Strand- und Stadtnähe die für Erkundungstouren und den Aufenthalt einer sechsköpfigen Familie gut geeignet
Pros:

Günstig gelegene Wohnung für den Besuch von Waikīkī und Oahu für eine sechsköpfige Familie. Die Wohnung war mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die einen Tag am Strand leichter machen. Die komplett eingerichtete Küche (großer Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher) war hervorragend um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen.
Für das Betreten des Gebäudes und die Nutzung des Aufzugs war ein Dongel erforderlich, so dass sichergestellt werden konnte, Unbefugte fernzuhalten.
Gebührenpflichtige Waschmaschine und Trockner auf der Etage und mit kurzem Weg zu erreichen.
Das WLAN war super!

Cons:

Die Einrichtung könnte hier und da etwas Instand gesetzt werden und auch der Anschluss der mobilen Klimaanlagen in den Lamellenfenstern, könnte professioneller sein. Nichtsdestotrotz hat alles funktioniert und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Pros:

Location: close to 7/11 and foodtrucks.
Kitchen (large fridge)/ microwave/stove.

Cons:

Building a bit run down, terrible rubbish smell in downstairs’ foyer near lifts.
Apartment was noisy, partly covered louvre windows which weren’t great in keeping light and noise out, kids didn’t sleep well because of the outside noise and bright light in the early morning.
2 portable aircon units that had an external hose connection taped to window. Functional but felt a bit improvised and compromising safety.
Use of shared washing machine/ dryer on the same floor wasn’t free; US$3 per load.
