Great rook and even better staff!
Pros:

Beautiful property in walking distance of downtown Oia. The staff was super kind and helpful with arranging transportation. The rooms were well equipped and spotless!

Cons:

Some stairs to access the property but the staff assisted with luggage so it wasn’t an issue.

清潔感のあるホテル
Pros:

とても綺麗で景色も良く、部屋にジャグジーもあるので空間を楽しむことができた。また、部屋も十分に広く満足でした。女2人ですがまるでハネムーンでした笑

Cons:

部屋に虫がおり、虫駆除に追いやられました。ドアの下に隙間があり夜になるとそこから虫が入ってきているようでした。バスタオルで隙間を塞ぎ対処していました。ただ、その日は島自体虫が多いようで、おそらく気候による影響かと思いましたが、殺虫剤等置いていただけるとよかったです。また、夜にジャグジーに入ったこともあり、飛び込んでくる虫が無数にいました。対処しきれず、我慢して写真だけ撮り終わりました。翌日は虫はほぼいなかったです。
立地的にもイアからは徒歩20分は歩くので、往復が面倒でホテル時間が短くなってしまったことが残念でした。

Wie ein zweites Zuhause
Pros:

Wir hätten uns keine schönere Unterkunft vorstellen können! Die Lage ist nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Zentrum von Oia entfernt und sehr ruhig und privat.
Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend!
Es war bis in die kleinste Ecke alles sauber und ordentlich.
Der Manager und seine Familie sind sehr herzliche und liebe Menschen, waren rund um die Uhr erreichbar per WhatsApp und persönlich und haben sich ohne Ausnahme um alles gekümmert 😍
Was sie für uns getan haben lag weit über dem, was man normalerweise erwarten würde und der Urlaub hat sich für uns angefühlt wie ein zweites Zuhause.
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und vermissen die Unterkunft, die Aussicht und diese Menschen sehr

Τα πάντα! Υπέροχο προσωπικό, πανέμορφη διακόσμηση και φιλοξενία, πεντακάθαρο! Κατά την άφιξη μας μας προσέφεραν φαγητό και ποτό στο hot tub.

Super Unterkunft mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-/ Leistungs Verhältnis.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt schön in die Landschaft eingebettet. Die beiden von uns bewohnten Caves 5 & 6 waren geräumig, sehr sauber und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.
Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Des vacances extraordinaires sportives et reposantes
Pros:

Nous avons absolument tout aimé de l'arrivée au départ de l'hôtel qui est très bien placé géographiquement parlant car hors de la ville donc au calme, et sans être éloigné d'Oia qui est à 20 min de marche. Au pied de l'hôtel il y a un arrêt de bus très bien desservi et également le départ de la randonnée vers Fira. Idéal pour des sportifs qui aiment se dépasser !
Le service a l'hôtel était extraordinaire avec du personnel souriant, agreable et aux petits soins pour nos moindres demandes avec une réactivité hors du commun.
Les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport nous ont été également assurés par leurs soins, peu importe l'heure d'arrivée ou de départ du vol.
L'appartement est spacieux, agréable, propre et très bien equipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien.
Chacune de nos demandes ont été mises en œuvre. C'était très agreable de se sentir aussi choyés.
Le jacuzzi privatif sur la terrasse est un véritable plus !
Nous avons passé des vacances idéales.

I would definetly stay there again due to the good service we recieved.
Pros:

The facilites, the people looking after the facilites were very attentive and freindly. Hosts were very quick to respond on whats app.

Cons:

There was an issue with the water on the first day, the boiler needed replacing, it was replaced immediatley and very quickly.

Fantastic stay: great location, beautiful rooms, super clean & very welcoming!
Pros:

Just beautiful.. only a short walk into Oia. The team went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Fantastic communication ahead of arrival too.
