النظافه والاستقبال والموظفين والامن ماشاء الله عليهم محترمين ولا يطلبوا شي مثل بعض المواقع اللي حولهم ثانيا اعجبني جدا منعهم لاي مشروبات او زيارات ووضعهم سجاده بالغرفه باكياسها ووضع اتجاه القيله جزاهم الله خير

هذه ثالث مرة أسكن في هذا الفندق الحميل وموقعه الأجمل في وسط المدينة ... كذلك أحب أن أشكر جميع طاقم العمل من الإستقبال إلى خدمات الغرف على حرصهم الشديد على راحة النزيل فشكرا لهم من الأعماق وجديرا بالذكر أحب أن أشكر الأخ محمود الذي عمل لي ترقية للغرفة

إزعاج السيارات خارج الفندق وهذا بالطبع أمرا لا يتحمله الفندق!

They have very nice and clean rooms with everything you need for a nice stay
The best thing is the personnel there, they were really attentive and ready to help with everything we needed to make our stay

Pros:

Location of the hotel is central, enabling to easy reach the most important touristic area. The personnel was exceptionally kind, allowing us late check in, late check out and also keeping our luggages after check out, enabling us to freely walk in the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room was a bit noisy due to the street next by, therefore I would suggest to request rooms on upper floors
