Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ καλό value for money, αλλά μπορεί να γίνει και καλύτερο!
Pros:

Αναμφίβολα η τοποθεσία είναι το πολύ μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα του καταλύματος. Παρά τη θέση του γύρω από μαγαζιά, δεν υποφέρει από φασαρία (διαμονή μας Παρασκευή και Σάββατο βράδυ). Βολεύει εξαιρετικά το γεγονός ότι υπάρχει παράδρομος δίπλα του και άνοιγμα στο δρόμο (όπως ανεβαίνεις την Κολοκοτρώνη) εγγύτατα της οικοδομής, οπότε μπορείς άνετα (ίσως ανεβαίνοντας λίγο και στο πεζοδρόμιο) να σταθμεύσεις όχημα και να ξεφορτώσεις, ακόμα και αφήνοντας μόνο το όχημα για τα λίγα λεπτά που απαιτούνται. Δεν υπάρχει, βέβαια, parking του ίδιου του χώρου ούτε θα πρέπει ρεαλιστικά να αναμένει κανείς να βρει επί της Κολοκοτρώνη (ούτε το βράδυ), ενώ στην δύο δρόμους πάνω Χαβρίου υπάρχει δυνατότητα να παρκάρεις στο πεζοδρόμιο, αλλά εκεί υπάρχουν άστεγοι που το χρησιμοποιούν και ίσως ενοχλήσεις, συνθήκη δηλ. που δεν είναι απαραίτητα ευνοϊκή για το αυτοκίνητο να διανυκτερεύσει εκεί. Υπάρχει, ωστόσο, δυνατότητα ιδιωτικού parking τόσο στην Κλαυθμώνος (Δημοτικό Υπόγειο) όσο και στην Περικλέους (είναι η συνέχεια της Καραγιώργη Σερβίας) στο ύψος της Θησέως, δηλ. κοντά στο χώρο χωρίς υπερβολικές χρεώσεις. Ικανοποιητικό το Wi-Fi. Το νερό ζεσταίνεται πολύ γρήγορα, όντως. Η κοπέλα της ηλεκτρονικής επικοινωνίας (δια email) ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική κι ευγενής.

Cons:

Η τηλεόραση στην κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα δεν λειτούργησε τη δεύτερη ημέρα της διαμονής μας. Επίσης, κάποια πρόνοια πρέπει να ληφθεί, ώστε και στην αριστερή (όπως ξαπλώνεις) πλευρά του κρεβατιού της κύριας κρεβατοκάμαρας να τεθεί κάποιου είδους επιφάνεια προς χρήση κομοδίνου, πράγμα που ξεπεράστηκε με τη χρήση μίας εκ των καρεκλών του χώρου, που ήταν, ωστόσο, άβολο. Χρήσιμο, εξάλλου, θα ήταν να υπάρχει και δεύτερο πατάκι μπάνιου, επειδή αναπόφευκτα ξεφεύγουν νερά από το μικρό προστατευτικό πηχάκι του ντους, με αποτέλεσμα το ένα πατάκι να γίνεται εντελώς μούσκεμα. Τέλος, συνηθίζεται να υπάρχει ένα τουλάχιστον μπουκάλι νερό σε τέτοιας τιμής δωμάτια, ιδίως όταν έχει ληφθεί σοβαρή πρόνοια στην ύπαρξη δυνατότητας παρασκευής καφέ και τσάι: το εντελώς άδειο ψυγείο δεν "γράφει" καλά.

El olor de las sábanas. Tanto de la habitación como del sofá cama, ambas tenían olor a humedad, una lástima porque el dpto está lindo, pero honestamente muy malo que tengan olor, casi no se podía dormir.

Superfint. God, billig mad, godt vejr, hyggeligt
Pros:

At det var tæt på alt. At der var fin plads og nøgleløs adgang. Jeg prioriterer at kunne lave kaffe selv og have et køleskab og det var der. Det var meget billigere end et tilsvarende hotel.

Cons:

Som med alle steder i Athen skulle man smide sit brugte toiletpapir i en spand, så medmindre man køber poser og pakker ind, så lugter det af prut hele tiden😩
