Muy bueno
Pros:

Excelentísima la ubicación!!!!. El depto es muy adecuado, cómodo para 3 personas adultas. tiene lavarropas y secarropas, habían dejado un jabón para ropa lo cual me facilitó poder hacer el lavado.

Cons:

Considerar que tiene escalera!! La escalera para subir al apartamento era muy angosta. Por suerte nos tocó el primer piso. El depto era para 3 personas pero tenía solo dos sillas para comer y no me quisieron dar una más.

Bien ubicado; no apto/equipado para 4 pasajeros

Tuvimos problemas con el espacio para dormir. Éramos 4 pasajeros, el sofá cama donde se suponía que debían dormir 2 personas estaba totalmente desgastado haciendo imposible hasta para un niño dormir cómodo en el. Eso no puede considerarse un espacio para descansar. Las sábanas provistas para ese sofá no entraban….y estaban sucias cuando llegamos. Las tuvimos que lavar. Nos contactamos 4 veces por teléfono y otro tanto por Mail y nunca recibimos las sábanas requeridas a pesar de que nos indicaron en varios de los llamados que era prioridad y en 30 minutos lo resolvían. El equipamiento de cocina es extremadamente acotado.

Beautiful apartment in Newbury Street
Pros:

The apartment is super well located, close to a subway station and to a bus that takes you straight to the airport. There are also a bunch of stores and cafes in the vicinity. The apartment is also fully equipped, has a coffee machine, a microwave and a washing machine.

Cons:

For whatever reason, we struggled to crack the heating system, we were either freezing or boiling at night. Also, every single time we cooked something, the fire alarm went bonkers. Also, the known fact that the apartment is on a 4th floor with no elevator, wasn't a deal breaker but it is a bit annoying.

Excellent stay
Pros:

This condo was in the perfect location. Clean, easy to access and the staff were great at communicating. I would stay here again.

Cons:

Having some tea would be nice. Although they did have coffee.

Loved the 304 Newbury Street place - definitely a keeper on the list!!!!!
Pros:

The location was fabulous. We could do anything or get to anywhere around the city very easy from Newbury Street. It was very neat and clean!

Cons:

Only small detail was the air conditioner in the bedroom. Both sides of it had accordion plastic to hold it. This made for absolutely no noise filter at all.

The apartment was very pleasant, clean, centrally located and perfect for our needs.
Pros:

We found our own breakfast - kitchen available in apartment.

Cons:

An elevator to carry bags to 3rd floor. We managed but could be limiting for those less mobile.
