Nice clean comfortable lodging in a great location.
Pros:

Best thing was location, perfect spot. Parking was actually easy to deal with. The apartment itself was good, clean, comfortable. We never interacted with any staff.

Cons:

no real complaints ... maybe kitchen a little underwhelming.

Lo mejor es la ubicación: Fantástica!!!! El equipamiento del apartamento es EXCELENTE y todo funciona!!!! Las camas son super cómodas y las sábanas, un placer. Lo recomiendo fuertemente. Volvería mañana!!!!

Perfect location
Pros:

Location was fabulous, unit had everything in the kitchen, keyless and elevator

Cons:

Bed had some weird carpeting around the base we kept tripping over. Mosquitos got in through screen window. Bit me all up. Thought they had bed bugs at first. Overall great place.

דירה יפה מאד במיקום נהדר, נקיה מאד, מאובזרת. היינו 4 מבוגרים אז היתה מעט צפופה עבורנו אבל התאימה מאד מבחינת הקירבה לכל מקום ללא צורך ברכב ומבחינת זמינות של מסעדות, חנויות, פארק ואתרים.

Very clean, bed too small for a couple
Pros:

Lots of outlets, great for plug in electronics.

Cons:

Bed is full size (didn’t measure, but felt like between full and queen). Too small for this price range and a couple.
The only table in the room is very small.

That we were promised bedding for the sofa bed twice and no one ever delivered them. That we had to use vacation time texting asking for what we were promised and that my husband and 25 yo son had to share one set of bedding on the sofa bed for our trip. Perplexed by the entire encounter via text.

I would definitely book again and we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Everything you need is on the same street: grocery market, 24 hr drugstore, cleaner, post office, pub, coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, clothing boutiques. Most everything else was very walkable: china town, library, Newbury St, Museum of Science (catch the duck tour), public garden and Boston Commons, Charles River esplanade. The area is quiet and very safe. Red line train station is on the corner. Luggage storage before check in and after check out was much appreciated. Check in was super simple and staff was reachable if needed. Water and coffee supplies were an added bonus.

Cons:

I would have liked fresh towels at least once during our stay (3 nights). There might have been a mix up because we were told extra towels should have been in the closet but there were none. There is a washer/dryer on lower level with soap provided if needed. We didn't have time to wash. Sounds petty, but a lamp of some kind would have been nice in the living room. There are only over head cans that are super bright (unit #4). We used ambient light from kitchen. The sofa also needs a refresh. Its a trundle type where the bed is made up of the sofa cushions and a matching trundle. The main sofa portion is worn down and not so comfy. Nothing was a deal breaker.

Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

Clean comfortable stay in a great location. Lots of cafes and shops around, great for walking around the city. Kitchen was well organized and the shower was hot with good pressure.

Cons:

Checkout is at 10 am, which is earlier than standard. They also do not provide any coffee for you after the first day and theres no tea. There's also a little bit of noise from the street if you're in a unit that is street side.
