Pros:

C'était spacieux et bien équipé. Bien placé en ville et près de la gare et du métro.

Cons:

Très mal isolé. Dans l'une des chambres il y a des rideaux trop petits par rapport à la fenêtre et il y a trop de lumière pour dormir. Et l'isolation sonore est très mauvaise. C'est très bruyant la nuit.

Les radiateurs ne se baissaient pas dans certaines pièces. Et le sèche serviette de la salle de bain fuyait beaucoup.

Geräumiges Appartement in zu lauter Lage
Pros:

Fußläufig ist der Hauptbahnhof in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächste U-Bahn Station (Muzeum) ist ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit (6-8 Min) erreichbar. Der Zugang zum Appartement erfolgt über einen virtuellen Schlüssel (Handy), was ich persönlich gut finde. So kann kein Schlüssel oder eine Keycard verloren gehen :-) Das große Appartement (3 Zimmer) war sauber.

Cons:

Das Appartementhaus liegt direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, wodurch es beginnend mit dem Berufsverkehr trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr laut war und wir dadurch nicht ausschlafen konnten. In der Küche waren leider keine Geschirrhandtücher. Die Möbel waren zwar in ihrer Funktion ok, hinterließen allerdings einen abgenutzten Eindruck. Die Betten waren leider auch nicht so bequem. Unserer Ansicht nach fehlte ein kleiner Wohnzimmertisch. Was uns ebenfalls nicht gefallen hat, war das äußerst langsame Internet.

Het was een fijn verblijf en alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig
Pros:

Het meeste beviel mij dat er genoeg ruimte in de accommodatie was voor iedereen. Ook vond ik het met zo’n grote groep fijn dat er niet zo heel veel inrichting in het appartement was!

Cons:

Het balkon was heel dun en de reling wiebelde, maar voor de rest was alles zeer naar wens

Die Entfernung zu den einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super. Es ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen, sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit den Öffentlichen..

Головне - зручне розташування. Недалеко від вокзалу. Є все необхідне.
Pros:

Досить близько до туристичних цікавинок. Просте заселення. Комфортне помешкання. Гарний вид з чогось схожого на терасу.

Cons:

Кондиіцонери ще не працюють, влітку можебути гаряче на останньому поверсі. Незрозумілий шум і свивт з системи опалення. Довелося вимкнути всі радіатори.

Priestranný apartmán pre veľkú skupinu v centre mesta
Pros:

Lokalita v strede mesta, dosptupnosť všetko na pešo, pre veľkú skupinu ideál.
Byt je na najvyššom poschodí, takže je tam relatívne tichšie.
Bezproblémové otváranie dverí dole (vstup) aj hore (byt) pre všetkých v skupine cez web link.
Byt dobre usporiadaný - priestranná vstupná chodba, z nej 3 izby (4 + 3 + 3 osoby), z nich jedna priechodzia do ďalšej izby (6 osôsb), 2x samostatné WC, 1x samostatná sprcha, 1x sprcha + WC

Cons:

Na to, že to je apartmán pre 16 ľudí, tak tam chýba nejaký kávovar (hoci aj lacný kapsulový).
Zábradlie na terase je dosť nízke a nestabilné, chcelo by to lepšie upevniť, ale terasu sme nepoužívali (apríl).

Okay, würden wir nicht wieder machen

Zentrale Lage
Zugang über Link auf dem Handy, so dass nicht darauf geachtet werden musste wer die Schlüsselkarten hat

Cons:

- unser Wasser (Waschbecken & Toilette) ging regelmäßig nicht während unseres Aufenthalts. Nachdem ich das über Booking an den Betreiber gemeldet habe, kam die Rückfrage ob es sich „nur“ um das Warmwasser handelt oder gar kein Wasser kommt. Uns schien es so als ob das ein bekanntes Problem ist.
- die Heizkörper waren nicht entlüftet, was trotz abstellen dazu geführt hat, das die Nachts super laut gekluckert haben und man ohne Ohrenstöpsel wirklich nicht schlafen konnte

Ansonsten schon ziemlich heruntergekommen, unser Bett war an einer Seite mit Gaffa geklebt, es gab quasi keine Kochutensilien (wenn man eh essen gehen will egal, aber sollte bewusst sein, dass man eigentlich in der Wohnung nicht kochen kann). Es gab auch keine Kaffemaschine.

Ansonsten eine kaputte Klima (eingepackt in Folie mit einer seeehr dicken Staubschicht), dass könnte vor allem im Sommer ein Thema sein. Die Fenster lassen sich zwar öffnen, aber auf Grund der zentralen Lage ist’s nachts schon ziemlich laut mit geöffnetem Fenster.

Enjoyable stay but not what I booked
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and the balcony had a lovely view

Cons:

I didn’t get the apartment I booked. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and I ended up sharing h bedroom with friend as I was provided with 1 bedroom apartment. Told that I had been upgraded, however I booked 2 bedrooms specifically.

Pros:

it's near the tram. central. easy to find.

Cons:

it didnt have enough dishwasher pods for the entirety of our stay (we booked it for 4 nights). since it's near bars, it's quite loud especially around midnight due to drunk people shouting.

Value for money but quite basic
Pros:

The location was good and the entry system using a link was great for multiple people as it meant we could come and go separately.
Great value for money.
Communication with host was good and timely

Cons:

1 bathroom really not sufficient for 6 plus people.
Tv available but in a bedroom so not everyone could see it.
No living room only a communal kitchen.
Cleaning was not the greatest.
Clothing storage full of extra bedding.
