Für Kurzaufenthalt ideal
Pros:

Die Lage war super, zentral direkt neben der Karlsbrücke und trotzdem ruhig. Die Betten waren bequem und das Cafe unten im Hof praktisch, um frischen Kaffee zu holen.

Cons:

In einem Badezimmer war die Lüftung extrem laut, ich bekam fast Kopfschmerzen wenn ich mich länger darin aufhielt. Und ein Handtuch im kleinen WC fehlte. Trotz mehrmaliger Zusicherung, dass jemand ein Handtuch bringen würde, kam innerhalb von 3 Tagen niemand.

Großartig!
Pros:

Ganz tolles Apartment in bester Lage. Zwei Mal um die Ecke und gleich direkt an der Karlsbrücke. Uns hat diese Seite der Moldau sehr gut gefallen.
Besonderes Flair in den Gassen zur Burg. Gut zu Fuß von Burg über den Garten direkt zum Metronom.

Zudem freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Host und digital bestens gelöst.

Pros:

Die Lage war der Hammer , zwei mal um die Ecke und schon auf der Karlsbrücke.

Cons:

Als wir ankamen , mussten wir erstmal darum bitten das das Bett nochmal bezogen wird, weil das Laken fleckig und mit Haaren versehen war.
Die Fernbedienung war total versifft und die Dusche war auch dreckig.
Die Zimmer sind auf den Bildern schon gut aufgemotzt. In der Realität eher enttäuschend und eher voll gestopft.
Am Abreisetag kamen wir nicht mehr ins Haus mit dem Chip.
Dann habe ich mich nicht ernst genommen gefühlt , unter dem Motto es hab noch nie Probleme.
Hörte sich an wie : sie sind zu blöd dafür.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

L’emplacement en plein dans le centre historique à trois minutes à pied, du Pont Charles.
L’appartement en lui-même dans un immeuble ancien avec une entrée très sécurisée.
Les deux salles de bain sont très pratiques quand on est à deux couples, l’équipement de l’appartement était parfait, même si nous n’avons pas mangé a l intérieur du séjour. (Sauf pour les petits déjeuners).
Un petit supermarché se trouve à 50 m de l’appartement, ce qui permet d’acheter du pain et des viennoiseries ( nous n’avons pas trouvé de boulangerie).
L’arrivée se fait en tout indépendance, avec des codes et une boîte à clef.
L’appartement est tellement bien placé que nous n’avons pris aucun transport de tout notre séjour, tout se fait à pied.

Unacceptable communication
Pros:

Location in the city is perfection. And it's very silent. We had a great rest here after the long walks.

Cons:

In my almost 50 years, after hundreds of stays, they managed to do something which I have never experienced.

Communication was quite slow and bad, so I tried to get the checkin (and garage checkin, which is 30 minutes from the site - they will tell you it's 20 mins....) info in advance. ONE HOUR before the checkin time they still answered 'not yet'. What??

And checkin time came, and went..... Nothing. No messages, no checkin info. We circled the garage site with our car (impossible to park) WITHOUT checkin info, AFTER the checkin time, and had no clue what to do.

I asked one hour ago exactly because of this!!

After at last we got the info after much frustration, we could enter the apartment one hour after the checkin time. One hour is not the world, but this is unacceptable, and unheard of. Very, very bad start of experience.

Also, the location is excellent, but this exact apartment (appt. D) had no views whatsoever, jut one window which looked at a wall/window 5 meters away. This is not a huge problem, the site was great.

A bigger problem was the bedsheet, which had HOLES in it. How does someone give 10 stars for this??
This is not a bad place, I would say 'okay', but after this checkin, never again.

Also, prepare for ZERO complimentary kitchen supplies. Not one bag of tea, not one grain of salt, no coffee, nothing. Not typical either. The whole experience had nothing personal or likeable in it.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, δίπλα στην γέφυρα του Καρολου, ήσυχη γειτονιά

Cons:

Το διαμέρισμα είχε πάρα πολλές αστοχίες.
Αρχικά, δεν υπήρχαν σχεδόν καθόλου παροχές για τον επισκέπτη και είχε αρκετές φθορές.
Ο καναπές ήταν σπασμένος και το σεσουάρ δεν λειτουργούσε.
Την πρώτη μέρα έλειπε το τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης και ενημερώσαμε για αυτό.
Έστειλαν τεχνικό χωρίς να μας ρωτήσουν και μπήκε με δικά του κλειδιά στο διαμέρισμα ενώ είχαμε ενημερώσει να μην συμβεί αυτό! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!

Cons:

Temizlik iyi yapilmamis, oda icerisinde kullanilmaya uygun olmayan fazla toz tutan materyal kullanimi ile birlikte havlu kaliyesi iyi degildi. Biz loft dairede kaldik, istedigimiz sicakligi yakalayamadik. Oda girisleri cok gec, oda bos olasa erken rezervasyon icin para talep edildi.Dus icerisinde baskasina ait sac vardi.

An attractive property in the heart of Prague.
Pros:

An excellent location with access to the historic center of Prague. It was helpful to have a small kitchen, fridge and cooking space. The staff was excellent with communicating as we arrived so we knew how to access the property.

Charming apartment in the very best Prague location.
Pros:

The apartment was very well placed. Honestly the best place to stay in Prague. The coffee shop downstairs was delicious and the apartment and Lesser Town area was stunning and charming.

Cons:

The shower went a bit cold half way through a shower. This happened each time if you are in the more than 10 minutes.

Some exposed wiring on extension cable. However, these two points would in no way stop us from staying in this apartment again!
