Estafa, cuidado!
Cons:

Nos alojamos y aparece dizque cancelada. Al ir a la recepción a revisar nos dicen que al ser un valor tan alto les convenía para no pagar tal comisión.
Increíble, lo dejan a uno sin garantías después quisimos cancelar y no nos dejaron. Parece que trabajan así seguido.
Pagamos casi 2.7M y nos trataron como si ellos nos estuvieran haciendo un favor por alejarnos.

Estuve comunicado por Whatsapp todo el tiempo con alguien del alojamiento, me pidió todos los datos, nunca me envió un link de pago. Faltando media hora (ya me dirigía a ocupar mi reserva y cancelaron mi reservación, con la excusa de "no haber pagado".

Horrible y falta de respeto

Pésimo, haga la revisión a ese Hotel, ya que nos cancelaron la reserva, estando cerca del hotel, no la mantuvieron, una señora llamada, Andrea, canceló sin importarle que ya estábamos cerca. Venimos servicio

Son una ESTAFA..
Pros:

El sitio es bonito.. hice la reserva; pagué todo la estancia para tres personas y cuando me presenté me dieron una habitación sencilla súper pequeña. Cuando llamaron al supervisor este indicó QUE DE MALAS ellos no se responsabilizaban y tampoco devuelven el dinero. Hoy mi reserva en booking aparece como cancelada y nadie responde.

Se elevó la queja a cámara y comercio de Bogotá

Avoid at all cost
Cons:

I arrived exhausted around midnight at Nova Apartments and was informed by the reception staffer that they did not have any rooms available, despite having my reservation confirmed and arriving within the specified check-in time frame. No alternatives whatsoever were provided and I was left to my own devices to figure out where I would stay that night.
The next day my reservation was cancelled and they attempted to charge me a no-show fee. If you skim through the reviews left behind by other guests, you will find that they pathologically overbook their rooms. It is utterly deplorable that this establishment can run their business on this platform while having a proven record of leaving guests without accommodation.
