Pésimo que no den bien la información y me hayan cancelado la reserva a última hora

Nada porque no me dejaron quedarme

No fue clara la información, ya iba llegando al lugar para hacer el check in y me cancelaron 15 minutos antes de yo llegar, la razón que me dieron fue que no cancele el valor, cuando en la app decía que se pagaba apenas yo llegara al hotel con datáfono o en efectivo
