Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Damages will be charged to the guest at the time of check-out.

Son una ESTAFA..
Pros:

El sitio es bonito.. hice la reserva; pagué todo la estancia para tres personas y cuando me presenté me dieron una habitación sencilla súper pequeña. Cuando llamaron al supervisor este indicó QUE DE MALAS ellos no se responsabilizaban y tampoco devuelven el dinero. Hoy mi reserva en booking aparece como cancelada y nadie responde.

Se elevó la queja a cámara y comercio de Bogotá

Avoid at all cost
Cons:

I arrived exhausted around midnight at Nova Apartments and was informed by the reception staffer that they did not have any rooms available, despite having my reservation confirmed and arriving within the specified check-in time frame. No alternatives whatsoever were provided and I was left to my own devices to figure out where I would stay that night.
The next day my reservation was cancelled and they attempted to charge me a no-show fee. If you skim through the reviews left behind by other guests, you will find that they pathologically overbook their rooms. It is utterly deplorable that this establishment can run their business on this platform while having a proven record of leaving guests without accommodation.

I wasnt able to stay since there were no rooms available i would like an apology and compensation

I didnt get to stay at the property even though i booked it through Booking.com there were NO rooms .I tried to contact Booking.com each time was an AI chat or via telephone an AI voice neither could help The staff said it was not their responsibility and i was worried i would also loose my payment , we sat at the reception trying to contact booking.com very tired with luggage having spent money on taxi to get there. me & my friend spent the rest of the day trying to find alternative accomodation

The attitude of the conciergewho didnt seen to care even i showed him our reference code and pin and tgat it showed 3 other apartments available on booking.com
Which after few hrs dissapeared from booking.com then appeared an option to cancel with no cost Thats after 2+hrs of being in the lobby of the property but still said it was confirmed ? Also we spent money on taxis the situation caused us stress and frustration and wasted our day trying to find alternative accomodation costing us more and being stranded in Bogota with the unsurety of anywhere to go is not great is it ?
