Pros:

I appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the lobby. It was a welcoming gesture and a nice way to start the morning

Cons:

- The building is quite old and felt cold throughout our stay. The most concerning issue was the elevator. It is extremely outdated and requires you to manually hold the inner door closed the entire time. If you let go, the elevator stops between floors and the lights go out, which felt quite unsafe.
- Unfortunately, the apartment was not ready for our check-in. The toilet had not been flushed or cleaned; it was full of waste and paper, resulting in an overwhelming odor that took until the next day to clear out.
- The soundproofing is non-existent. Despite being on the 4th floor, the morning tram sounded as if it were passing right next to our bed. Additionally, the internal noise from the refrigerator and the ventilation system was loud enough to be distracting.

Pros:

Good location. Clean and nicely furnished.

Cons:

Only one puffy pillow which was a little hard to sleep on, I also wasn’t aware it was next to trams and cars but I am a light sleeper and this didn’t keep me up

Appartamento curato e arredato con gusto. Comodo al centro storico.
Pros:

La struttura è a dieci minuti a piedi dalla piazza vecchia . È dotata di una lobby con divanetti e angolo te’/caffè ed è possibile acquistare dei prodotti tipici. La proprietà ha risposto tempestivamente (per esempio ho rotto un bicchiere e il lavandino non sgorgava bene) sistemando. L’arredo è curato e molto grazioso. Il bagno dotato di tutto. La pulizia perfetta. Inoltre c’è un angolo cucina dove potersi preparare qualcosa.
