Pros:

The location was good and room fine.

Cons:

I had particularly booked because it had a pool. I was not happy that I was not informed the pool was broken until after I had arrived and booked in. This was a major disappointment and I felt the owners not advising at time of booking was very deceptive and should have given a discount as apparently pool had not been available for quite some time.

Отличные апартаменты с шикарным видом на море, близко к пляжу
Pros:

Очень вежливый хозяин, всегда на связи. Хорошая стоимость проживания. Пляж недалеко. До магазина GO! 5 минут на такси за 25-30к донгов. Много кафе и небольших магазинов по близости. Прямо в FLC Sea Tower есть кофейня Effoc с неплохим кофе. Отличный вид из окна из апартаментов, которые выходят на основную часть Куинёна (мы жили вначале в других, но договорились переселиться). Есть стиральная машина. Раз в двое суток уборка в удобно время. Разрешено проживание с животными и детьми.

Cons:

Жалюзи в ванной лучше заменить, они потемнели от сырости и портят вид в апартаментах. Встречались небольшие муравьишки, но это во всём комплексе, тут вопрос не к апартаментам.

Great!
Pros:

Lovely little stay near the Beach in Quy Nhon. We had the beach view which was insane! There was a washing machine on the balcony which was a good extra. We had loads of space, beds were comfy and apartment was clean. We were on the 28th floor.
Location was amazing.

Cons:

Pool not in use. Bathroom could do with a bit of love, is a bit mouldy on the blind.

Very Disappointing
Pros:

Balcony sea view

Cons:

We were given a scruffy studio initially when we had booked a 1 bedroomed apartment. It was lacking a settee. It was mouldy in the bathroom and door handles were missing. No walk in shower. Handle was hanging off the bath. There were no instructions in English for the washing machine or how to work the TV. We had to get the guy to come and show us. There was hardly any cutlery or crockery. We asked for another room and were shown one that was just as bad. We were told there were not any 1 bedroomed apartments and no apartments with walk in showers, which was what we had booked. We had to settle for another studio on the 23rd floor, which atleast had a settee and a decent sea view. No towel change in 4 days. Bin was never emptied and no instructions on where to leave our rubbish.

Cons:

1. We waited for 15mins for elevator every upstair, and it s better to take steps
2. Towels seems washed & re-used many times, the color and fabric get too old and not hygience
3. No shower stall, it s uncomfortable to use only bath tub
4. The room was not like picture they advertised on booking.com. The balcony view is huge area with hot air con (see picture)
5. Fire alarm rang 2-3 times at night and many times in day
