1. We waited for 15mins for elevator every upstair, and it s better to take steps
2. Towels seems washed & re-used many times, the color and fabric get too old and not hygience
3. No shower stall, it s uncomfortable to use only bath tub
4. The room was not like picture they advertised on booking.com. The balcony view is huge area with hot air con (see picture)
5. Fire alarm rang 2-3 times at night and many times in day
Overall clean and spacious apartment with kitchen stuff. Good sea view. The staff helped us to rent a motorbike which is very good.
There is washing machine but it seems no cleaning of washing drum for long time.
The apartment number was 1708. The photos on booking.com are an accurate representation. It was clean, tidy and the beds were comfortable. Everything was in order and worked. It was particularly useful to have a washing machine.
Check in was quick but bear in mind it is a very large complex with the apartments often owned by individuals therefore the only way reception can contact the individual owners to arrange for their representitive to let you in is you have a phone number on your booking confirmation.
It was very noisy at all hours due to the construction of a new block opposite!
Also there was no shower curtain which meant the bathroom got wet.
Lastly, this particular appartment owner issisted on cash as payment on arrival. It would have been useful to be aware of this in advance!

The pictures show and the description lists a microwave oven in the apartment.....there was none
Hot water came out of the tap for 2 minutes....then it went cold.....

Our balcony faced a big construction site that operated through the night… was a little bit noisy but the bed was so comfortable I slept through it!

Location is fantastic, 2 mins walk from the beach. View is amazing from the balcony. Comfortable, clean living space. Perfect for a few days to relax and unwind. Friendly host too!
There were ants in the room. Not loads and they stayed in a specific area by the bathroom and wardrobe. Make sure you wash and clean up any food.

Bathroom and kitchen weren’t clean - lots of mould in the shower area and not even enough towels or cups for guests
