U apartmanu nema apsolutno ništa što je potrebno za duži boravak. Niti pećnica, niti adekvatno posuđe, začini (sol, papar, vegeta…), ulje i slično da bi se kuhinja mogla koristiti za pripremu nekog jela. Prema tome, morali smo čitav boravak jesti po restoranima. Nije bilo niti aparata za kavu, niti barem kave ovako da si ju ujutro možemo napraviti i popiti pa smo i to morali kupovati. Na nas četvero dobili smo samo četiri ručnika i jednu rolu wc papira za pet dana. Prema tome, svatko je svoj jedan jedini ručnik koristio za brisanje ruku, umivanje, pranje kose i tuširanje. Također, sobe su male, a zatrpane su ormarima, ormarićima i ladičarima pa se ormari ne mogu niti otvoriti da se odjeća i stvari spreme u njih, niti se od njih može proći normalno do kreveta. Kada smo išli u spa, od dvije saune, jedna nije bila u funkciji, a druga je bila puna. U slanoj sobi, od četiri sjedala, dva nisu bila u funkciji, a druga dva su bila zauzeta. Voda u bazenu je bila izuzetno hladna. Tako da smo se brzo vratili u apartman pa nam je praktički propao novac za ulaznice u spa.

Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable experience regarding privacy. The cleaning staff entered our apartment without knocking or any prior announcement, while guests were present in the other room of the apartment.

This situation was unexpected and inappropriate, especially considering that it was a private apartment with multiple rooms. Guest privacy and basic courtesy were not respected, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

I believe this is something the hotel management should take seriously and improve, as knocking and announcing entry should be a standard practice.
