Las chicas que atienden muy amables y buena disposición a la hora de preguntar alguna ubicación o dirección

Que en la fotos de aquí sale con el nombre del hotel y cuando uno llega por primera vez con Google maps no tiene el letrero tal vez por q están en remodelación de resto todo bien buena ubicación

La ubicación y el trato del personal, son personas muy amables con vocaciónde servicio al cliente. La habitación es grande, cómoda.

Cons:

El hotel está en remodelación y aún así anuncian las habitaciones. Al llegar no estaba disponible. Hay escombros en trabajos desde la mañana en todo el hotel. De momento casi no se hospeda nadie. Sin embargo, el personal solucionó rápido y de forma amable. Nos dieron una habitación grande en un sector dónde no llegaba el ruido ni el polvo.

The location was good and it was one of the cheapest option in the area.

Cons:

They had renovation in the hotel (i think from 8 am), so i couldnt sleep, couldnt work and couldnt hear my thoughts. I think it will take a few more months to finish the rooms. I didn't see information about it before booking. It was written wrongly on booking.com that the check out time is 12:00-14:00, because it was 12:00. I got no information at check-in (wifi password, check-out time etc.), it would be nice to print it in english and give it to the guests. In the morning there was nobody at the reception, when i needed, but they answered on Watsapp.
