J'ai réservé la suite présidentielle qui est magnifique.
Le personnel est jeune et gentil. Ils m'ont apporté un siège très confortable pour que je puisse travailler...

Malheureusement, quelques détails importants réduisent la note que j'ai donnée :
1) la salle de bains est minuscule, le meuble-lavabo est vieux et endommagé, il n'y a aucun crochet ni portant pour accrocher les serviettes.
2) il y a un super écran et vidéo-projecteur pour regarder des films mais la télécommande ne marchait pas et ils n'avaient pas de solution pour la réparer + le réglage de la projection était plus large que l'écran.
3) Les sièges/tabourets dans la chambre sont jolis mais totalement inconfortables.
4) Bien que pleines de bonne volonté, les personnes a l'accueil étaient un peu distraites et n'ont pas pu apporter de résolution à mes réclamations.
I had a great time at Indie Universe Hotel in Medellín, a gorgeously modern and creative hotel in the center of the Laureles– Estadio district. While yet quiet and safe, the site is perfect: close to eateries, cafés, shopping, and within walking distance of Unicentro Shopping Center and Pontificia Universidad Bolivariana.
From check-in to housekeeping, the crew was always friendly, caring, and really inviting. Many guests singled out the friendly, accommodating service that gave their visit a customized touch.
The inventive and elegant design of the Indie Universe makes it stand apart. Modern and unusual inside spaces and gathering spaces inspire rest, work, or connection among travelers. For digital nomads or anyone seeking to finish work during their vacation, it also has great Wi-Fi and coworking-friendly areas.
Rooms are immaculate, tastefully decorated with basic amenities (including kitchenettes in many) and comfortable. Guests frequently bring up dependable internet and comfy beds, ideal for both productivity and rest.
Although some reviews point out little problems like room size or street noise, the hotel has great ratings for cleanliness, service, and quality of facilities overall, and many visitors say they would gladly return.

La instalaciones estaban fatal, no nos funcionaba la cocina, la ventana de la habitación no se cerraba, decía que tenía aire acondicionado y lo que tenía era un ventilador. El baño estaba fatal, solo nos dejaron 1 toalla.
La gente muy poco amable, la chica del bar/restaurante nos intentó robar, menos mal que mi mujer se dio cuenta. Una experiencia muy mala que no se la recomiendo a nadie.
