Fantastic hotel
Pros:

We were a couple plus 4 children in loft 01. This is an amazing room, with a perfect kitchen, a large dining area, two large bedrooms and a TV corner that we used as a bed for 2 children. The room is equipped to the highest standard. The parents' bedroom is great, with a large bathtub and a large shower and again with the highest standard of fittings. The location is excellent and communication with the hotel was excellent via Josepha on WhatsApp (the hotel does not have a lobby, it is only an apartment hotel).

Pros:

Fantastic apartments with an underground parking garage. The city center and the cable cars are just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place! I was absolutely delighted with my stay.

Luxe appartementen, uitstekende gastvrijheid en een toplocatie maken dit een perfect verblijf.
Pros:

De appartementen zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer luxueus ingericht. Er is aan alles gedacht; je vindt er alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel en ontspannen verblijf. Gastvrouw Josepha is ontzettend vriendelijk en reageert snel op vragen, waardoor je je direct welkom voelt; zelfs als er iets niet helemaal volgens plan verloopt, krijg je een professionele en vriendelijke reactie. Ook de locatie is perfect: op slechts enkele minuten lopen van het prachtige stadscentrum van Mayrhofen. Het schitterende Zillertal biedt een prachtige omgeving met volop mogelijkheden om te wandelen, te fietsen en de natuur te verkennen. Het uitzicht en de sfeer maken het verblijf helemaal perfect.

Apartment hochwertig ausgestattet und stylisch eingerichtet. Alles sehr geräumig, einladend und gemütlich. Fenster schallisoliert. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man überhaupt keine Geräusche von draußen. Bahnhof, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und konnten bestens abschalten.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, lediglich nice to have wäre im Wohnbereich ein Sofa mit Recamiere/mehr Sitz- bzw. Liegefläche sowie eine Waschmaschine für längere Aufenthalte.

Exceptional Apartment in Mayrhofen
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is finished to a very high standard, with a modern and elegant design. It is spacious and comfortable, featuring two large bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable channels and a ceiling fan, which was especially helpful during warm days. One of the bedrooms includes a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, and there is an additional bathroom with a shower in the apartment.

There is also a spacious living room with a large TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, cooking utensils, spices, a refrigerator, and a stove. Everything was spotlessly clean.

The apartment also has a lovely balcony with mountain views and outdoor seating, as well as a dining table next to the kitchen.

Communication with the host was excellent. He was friendly, responsive, and answered WhatsApp messages almost immediately. Check-in was very easy thanks to the door code system, and there is a covered parking space underneath the building.

A truly outstanding apartment. We would gladly stay here again!

Cons:

One small point to mention is that the apartment does not have air conditioning. This was not an issue for us, as even during an unusually warm period, temperatures dropped at night and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were very helpful. However, during hotter summer days, some guests might find air conditioning beneficial. Overall, this did not affect our enjoyment of the stay, and we would still highly recommend the apartment.
