Pros:

Super schöne Appartments. Das Hotel ist sehr gut durchdacht, direkt an der Autobahn, aber leise. Mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr praktisch und sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundliches Personal

Cons:

Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Zimmer, ich hatte ein 2 Bett Zimmer angefragt. Aber das wurde versehentlich vergeben. Dann hat die Dame am Telefon, Frau Hammer, gleich reagiert und mir ein Extrazimmer angeboten. Nachts hatten wir dann Pech (es passiert einfach) und ein Schlüssel konnte nicht kodiert werden.
Die Notfallnummer sah ich nicht, sie steht klein zwischen anderen vielen Schildern.
Ich bin mir sicher, die Rezeption hat im Nachgang alles getan, und sie geben mir sicherlich den Betrag zurück für das bereits gezahlte größere Zimmer. Wir sind ja nun alle nur in einem kleinen gelandet.
