Perfect stay with excellent staff.
Pros:

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. It felt cozy and practical for a group stay. The staff were extremely friendly, fast to respond and welcoming, the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The Wi-Fi worked well.

The property is family-friendly and also offers excellent accessibility for guests who need disability-friendly facilities. There is a ski storage room with heated boot stands, which was very convenient after a day on the slopes.

The location is quiet yet practical: about a 30-minute walk to the ski rental shop, a small supermarket, and two restaurants, and there is a bus stop right next to the property which makes getting around easy. The sauna was excellent and a real bonus after skiing.

Cons:

We don’t really have anything negative to say, but if we had to mention a few small points: there is no dedicated heating area in the rooms to quickly dry ski clothing (although the rooms themselves are warm enough). We stayed in the 8-person apartment and found there wasn’t really a good place to hang towels so everyone knew which towel belonged to whom. The large bathroom got quite wet because there is no separate shower cabin (it is designed to be accessible for people with disabilities). For larger groups, it might have been more convenient if the toilet had been separate from the shower, though we understand this is difficult to change.

Overall, we are very happy with our choice to stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

Sehr schön ausgebautes Haus, gut geeignet für Menschen mit Einschränkungen. Lademöglichkeit für E-Auto.

Cons:

Zuschnitt der Unterkunft war etwas unpraktisch, das Bad etwas alt. Ansonsten ist das Haus aber top! Das spezielle Apartment fand ich auch etwas teuer für das was es ist.

Wonderful stay with wonderful host!
Pros:

It's a very classic, clean Tirolian style house with wonderful host (Dutch - who speaks perfect English BTW). The room was small but cosy and quite nice and quiet. The Sauna is fine as the breakfast which is simple but just enough. Big plus for the coffee and for understanding our need to have breakfast 15 minutes earlier. The ski room is also OK. The possession is OK, but it's a 10 - 15 minutes walk from the shop and town. 7 minutes to very nice Pizzeria.

Cons:

Nothing. It was really good stay. If you do not need luxury in Swarovski style you will be happy!

Super kind and helpful hosts. Lovely apartment. Would love to stay there again.
Pros:

Really comfortable property and they were SO NICE and kind. I was in a bad ski accident and ended up in hospital, and they looked after my blind husband so kindly. Super accommodating and made a difficult time the easiest it could be. Loved staying here and would definitely try to stay again. Thank you!!
