Cons:

Achtung, die Angaben auf Booking stimmen nicht unbedingt. Es sind keine französischen Doppelbetten (wie in der Buchung angeführt), sondern Einzelbetten. Nicht jedes Apartment hat einen Balkon - unsere Buchung hätte 2 Apartments mit Balkon vorgesehen, aber nur eines hatte einen.
Eines der Apartments war bei unserer Ankunft nicht vorbereitet. Zwar war telefonisch schnell jemand vom Personal erreichbar (mit Standort in Graz), aber dann war die Abwicklung umständlich. Wir mussten beide Apartments wieder räumen und unser Gepäck zum Abendessen in einem Lokal mitnehmen, da die Anweisung lautete, dass wir in 1-2 Stunden in einem anderen Gebäude anderswo in Weiz untergebracht werden. Im Endeffekt mussten wir dann aber doch wieder zurück zum Ursprungsgebäude.
Insgesamt konnten wir dann kurz vor 22 Uhr tatsächlich beide Apartments beziehen (angekommen sind wir ursprünglich um kurz nach 19 Uhr).

Pros:

More than enough room for one person, clean and a k kitchen full of utensils

Cons:

For the price I expected more, the actual setting of the apartment is within a doctors office which is very loud within the day and eerily creepy on an evening. The destination of the apartment is not the same one as on booking.com.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Absolutely perfect, clean, and comfortable. Everything you need you can find, perfect kitchen, spacy bathroom, enough space for drinking wine, eating dinner, sleeping. We spend there only evenings, but we had a perfect rest for the next day.
