Mooie locatie, verblijf basic maar schoon, duur voor wat je krijgt, onvriendelijke en niet service gerichte gastvrouw

Locatie was perfect, dicht aan de weissensee. Ontbijt ook prima! Kamers waren schoon.

Cons:

De kamer was basic, geen toiletartikelen (shampoo etc), geen föhn. Geen mogelijkheid tot ‘s avonds een drankje ergens halen/pakken.

Ik kwam ‘s avonds laat aan na een lange reis met mijn zoontje van 6. In de nacht werd hij wakker en moest plotseling overgeven, helaas in bed. Super vervelend natuurlijk, ik heb gelijk de lakens er af gehaald en geprobeerd schoon te maken/te doen wat ik kon en binnen mijn mogelijkheden lag. In de ochtend vroeg gelijk gemeld, ik voelde me bezwaard want de gastvrouw achter de receptie reageerde geërgerd en niet begripvol. Deed niet leuk tegen mijn zoontje. Ik snap dat het vervelend was, maar het bleef beperkt tot het beddengoed, en het is een ongeluk. Een risico met kinderen, maar ook met volwassenen kan natuurlijk altijd wat gebeuren. In zo’n geval verwacht je klantvriendelijkheid en begrip. Ik moest €45 extra betalen aan schoonmaakkosten, wat ik bizar vind voor het vervangen van beddengoed. Bovenop de al wat hoge prijs per nacht. Als je met kinderen reist beveel ik deze locatie zeker niet aan vanwege de niet kind-en klant vriendelijke gastvrouw. Je voelt je er niet op je gemak, voor kinderen is het ook niet prettig. (De dame die het ontbijt verzorgde was wel vriendelijk)

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, przecudny obiektu,restauracja połaczona z piekarnią wszystko w bajkowej scenerii. Personel bardzo pomocny i przemiła obsługa. Pyszne obfite i urozmaicone śniadania podawane do stolika oczywiście z pachnącym i ciepłym pieczywem prosto z piekarni, pełna różnorodność. Wygodne łóżko, przestronny i czysty pokój z aneksem kuchennym, codziennie sprzątany. Duży bezpłatny parking przed obiektem lub w podwórku, jak kto woli. Super widoki na całą dolinę, góry i jezioro. W centrum nad jeziorem trasy biegowe dla narciarzy. Spacerowe wokół jeziora, zimą ogromne lodowisko, prawie całe zamarza, niedaleko stacja kolejki krzesełkowej, oferują dużo atrakcji na lato i zimę.
Gorąco polecamy na każdego rodzaju wypoczynek.

Da werden wir öfter hingehen!
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe oder im Haus (eigen Bäckerei und Restaurant). Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles was benötigt wird ist bereits vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was will man mehr.

Pros:

Ubytovanie je v krásnej lokalite, má vlastné mólo do jazera s domčekom, kde si môžete zamknúť veci a spokojne sa ísť plaviť. Je k dispozícii veslica, kajak aj surf tiež miesto na sedenie so stolmi a slnečníky. Vstup do jazera nie je pozvoľný ale cez schodíky. Výhodou je aj pekáreň na prízemí a úschovňa na bicykle či paddleboard pri parkovisku. Naša izba mala veľkú terasu, na ktorej boli stoličky, stôl aj dve lehátka. Super bola Weisensee premium card s ktorou sme mohli ísť zadarmo na loď, miestny autobus aj lanovku.

Cons:

Chýbali nám inštrukcie k využívaniu apartmánu, nevedeli sme že prášok pod umývadlom je do umývačky. Bolo by fajn dať krátku brožúrku čo, kde, ako... Ako prebieha check out a podobne. Tiež bol k dispozícii kávovar, ale bez kávy, čo bežne býva k dispozícii pre hostí na izbe, čiže káva a čaj k dispozícii neboli. Tiež nám prekážalo veľa pavučín na izbe, ale bola tam metla, tak sme si to vyriešili sami. Lokalita bola tichá, ale steny tenké a ráno nás zobudzalj ľudia a hluk zo susedných izieb.

Hier her komme ich gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Gute Lage, Bäckerei und Gastronomie im EG. Der private Badeplatz ist sehr schön. Es gibt auch eine versperrte Fahrradgarage.
