Pros:

It was an unforgettable stay at a modern, well-equipped, new hotel. We’ll definitely be happy to return. The owner was caring, helpful, and very pleasant. Upon request, she opened the saunas and wellness center for us even at a later hour. Absolutely no complaints – we can only recommend it.

very pleasant accommodation, modern and clean. Good access to Flachau, ski bus stops right in front of the hotel, but doesnt go so frequently . Also there is available sauna with nice relaxation area

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was clean, tidy, and we didn't miss a thing. The entire hotel was filled with lovely Christmas details—it was beautifully decorated. The highlight was the peaceful SPA on the top floor, which was aesthetically stunning. The owner, Claudia, was always available and made sure we had everything we needed. A top-notch experience!

The building loacated near the highway so it is easy to drive to the various attractions around. Spar supermarket located nearby (3 minutes walk). Bottom line - Highly recommended.

Claudia, our host, was an exceptional person. She promptly and kindly took care of all our needs. Everything in the apartment was brand new and knitted. The apartment has ample storage space, and the backyard is spacious and filled with relaxing spots.
